Niranjan was my Live Chat Support Agent and my experience with them was excellent. They managed to fix all the problems I had with my server and helped me transfer files from my old server. They also answered every question I had about what I can and cannot do with the server and gave me satisfactory answers.

Ali from the sparked host team is knolagable and paintent. I have been experiencing some issues lately on my server that were almost unexplainable causing me to almost lost my long time world. Ali tried somethings with me adjusting server settings to get me what I wanted! I recommend this service

I had some troubles with changes in files and support member Ali helped me and we found a solution and made everything as I wished.

Ali helped me overcome a griefing attack where the griefer used a /kill @a repeating command block. Overall very helpful, helped me move ips backups etc. 5 stars for customer service though you do have to wonder how the IP got leaked in the first place

Why 4 stars only? Honestly I would give them a 5 if their Singapore servers doesn't have any problem with me and my friends who lives in Indonesia yet somehow get 150+ ping.

Edit: Found a workaround for the Singapore Server problem, 5 stars!

The support (mostly Ali) has been amazing, responding fast and actually applying fixes that have helped the server. Minecraft dashboard / console is very easy to manage, easy to add mods / plugins and you can upgrade your server quickly and easily.

The staff was helpful and answered in no time, so I got my problem solved in a couple days
