Charge won’t hild

We ordered a Health4 watch for my husband. Less than 2 months in it held a charge for less than 24 hours. We contacted Spade & Co. , they emailed with some troubleshooting tips. We did them all to no avail. Emailed them twice, no further assistance offered. Do kot recommend.

I have never had a smart watch

I have never had a smart watch. I was worried about cost, fit, comfort, set up, etc. All of my fears vanished with my new Spade watch. It is very affordable, fits great & it's comfortable. Set up was easy, which was great because I'm not very technical. I ♥️ it! I no longer miss calls or messages. Thank you 😊

Amazing response to shipping problem

Spade and Co. amazed me with a quick response when I had a problem. I had ordered a SmartWatch 4 plus an accessory. The USPS mail sorter ripped the package open and lost the accessory. I sent an email to Support at Spade and Co., including pictures and my assumed explanation. Within a very short time (same day), I received an email confirming their plan to ship a replacement immediately. I wish more companies were that caring! Good company.

I ordered straight from company and…

I ordered straight from company and then worried i might have made a mistake doing so because i couldn’t find where this company was located. But in a few days i received notice that the watch was shipped and about when it would arrive. In fact it arrived a day earlier. Tidily packed with additional information and all was and is well. I appreciated receiving an email earlier before watch arrival with information on how to operate watch . Gave me time to be ready.

I've had a Spade watch for several…

I've had a Spade watch for several years. I mainly use is for time, heart rate, oxygen level and blood pressure. I decided to upgrade and got the Health Smartwatch 4. Received it yesterday and it really looks nice. Mine only complaint is it does not have blood pressure monitor. Why would you have a watch that monitors everything else but not your blood pressure. Very unhappy with the watch.

Love it!

I can wear my Spade watch for almost 3 weeks without charging it. Love this watch!! It's also very easy to read for seniors.02

a very helpful experience

They sent helpful information on setting the watch up and actually followed up a month later with suggestions for increasing it's usefulness. I am also very pleased with the quality of the watch.

We are happy now with our Health4 watches.

When we first purchased the Healthwatch4, we had some issues connecting to our phones and because of it, we were not able to use our new watches. We have both Apple and Android systems for our cell phones.
Spadeandco support has been very responsive and so helpful. After some frustrations, we got both Healthwatches working.
It has been several weeks now and they are working perfectly.
We are now very happy with our Health4 watches. Their versatility is amazing.

I love my watch

I love my watch. I called for help a couple of times and the employees were wonderful. This watch has so many features, even has things I have not checked out yet. But I will, when I get time. I need to learn about the features I don't know about. Thanks for a wonderful watch.
