I have had my watch for a couple years
I have had my watch for a couple years. I find it quite accurate except for the blood sugar. This watch does so many different things so it did take me a while to figure out how best to set it up for what I needed. But my battery still lasts a good seven days. And I love getting my messages and phone calls without having to run across the room to get my phone. I highly recommend it.
I was so confused.
I was very confused because I didn't understand why part of the tracking app that the Spade watches use was no longer working. After the many, many questions I emailed, the Spade watches team answered my questions. A special Thank You to Trisha that explained everything so patiently and so well, and worked through my misunderstandings with me. This is a stellar troubleshooting and support group!

I received my watch quickly. I have had it for well over a year and I wear it daily. This includes when I am working with the horses and gardening. It gets banged around and it still works perfectly. The battery life is excellent! I am very pleased with my watch and am glad I decided to buy this watch instead of another fitbit.

This is my second time talking with Trisha, the Spade and Co. representative. Both times, she was informative, extremely patient and helpful, making sure I was understanding her directions. I am a Sr. who is very untechy, but she was able to walk me through everything.

I received my watch there was a minor disc function so I got a hold of customer service and that was awesome I do know I got a Fitbit years ago and it started burning my hand in 6 months they wanted me to send the watch back and they never gave me a replacement I am so glad that you are not Fitbit no Fitbit

The assistance I received from Trish was beyond wonderful. She is so helpful, kind resourceful, and patient. I have never dealt with anyone so nice and so competent. She does not give up until the issue is resolved. I get very nervous about these technical devices and she calms me right down and I know she will help me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Trish, I feel comfortable knowing that I could just email you and you’re ready to help me.

did something really stupid with my smart watch and lost all the data stored for exercise and breathing training. i 5 minutes their customer service took me thru steps to retrieve information and everything is good. great price for watch, great product and great service!!!!! what a combination, especially for a 75 yo that is not too tech savvy

This is my second Spade Watch. I had my 1st watch years ago and really liked it. I also like this new one. Spade & Co is a good company and offer help efficiently and promptly.
solution for faulty charging
I have worn a Spade watch for many years. Recently I was unable to charge it. I checked with Chatgpt and the Spade help center. After many suggestions of switching outlets, turning the watch off and on, cleaning the connections....something clicked..and I was able to charge it to 100%. I think the solution was "rebooting" it many times. Glad I did not give up! Also, Spade offered me a 50% discount on a new charger if problem did not resolve. Love Spade!!!
