I cannot track my order
I ordered my machine over a week ago. I received an email receipt but there is no way to track my shipment. I am not sure if it has even been shipped out. The customer service rep was very helpful and nice. But I don't have my machine!!!!!!
Unexpected Delivery of a bulky item
When placing the order I was assured the shipping company would have got in touch to give me a delivery window.
Instead, Spaandequipment didn't send me any email with any tracking number, nor the shipping company got in touch at any moment.
Final result, I got a phone call like: your 200 lbs item is here RIGHT NOW on the sidewalk: come and move it.
Awful after sale follow up (so far).

it's been 12 days since I placed my order and it STILL hasn't shipped!!!!
when I got a tracking number I figured the package would go out quickly after. I figured wrong! it's been 12 days since they sent me a tracking number and when I track the package all it says is that a label was created. so I am still waiting to see if they are going to send my product!!!

I have not received any emails or correspondence. I do not have tracking number or actual verification except the invoice printed from web site. It is a little scary not having any other verification. I always have from other companies. I cannot honestly rate them since I have no contact.

so far so good
received combination mag light/steamer. upon opening package, there was visible signs of rust on several of the pieces. I immediately contacted customer service. I was instructed to take a picture and email it for their review. I followed up a few hours later and was told FedEx would pick up the defective equipment and a replacement would be on its way.
Great Service!
I am VERY pleased with the service I received. The people I spoke to were helpful. AND when I needed to leave a message, my questions were resolved within 24 hours. Al-in-all VERY impressed. When I called to find out measurements for the item I wanted, the CS rep actually went to the trouble to get the specific measurements I was looking for (not listed on the box) and she called me back in about an hour. I was made to feel that I was their most important customer.
Nice Esthetic Chair but came with no instructions
I was so excited about this chair. This was quite an investment being on the pricer side but I was ready to sacrifice if it would help my neck/pain in the long
run. It's very comfortable. When I took it out of the box I was however disappointed that there was no instructions what so ever in the box. If I'm paying always $300 for a stool I would like a warranty card and instructions to make sure I didn't miss anything.
Very disappointed
I'm very disappointed to hear that after receiving one of the items I ordered and found that it wasn't what I expected and needed to send back, I am being charged a 15% and pay for the return shipping. Had I known before the order was placed and since I am not able to see the item live, I wouldn't have ordered it. So, therefore, I won't be ordering from your company for the simple fear if it isn't right, I'm charged!
