Purchased parts were never delivered. Contacted me 2 months later to say parts were out of stock. No communication after that. I have not received a refund, I do not know if my parts are back ordered. This has caused project delays and I had to find another supplier.

I will do business with them again.

I made an order on January 2026 Friday 2nd, I paid for the express shipping (24-72hrs). Processing time is 0-1 day (according to their website) today I still have not received the piece nor a confirmation of any shipping tracking. In their support email, they just answered once and never again.
I asked for a refund, still the refund has not arrived, and I have not received any response there after.
I´m afraid I will loose my money, should have done a better research about this website. Talking to the phone, they say they cannot see refunds nor they can see any orders made, they will "forward" the petition to another department and I will be contacted.
Hope they return me the money... otherwise I´ll have to pay for it myself.

We are a professional machining company and placed an order with SP SpareParts (sp-spareparts.com) on October 12th, 2025 (Order #25PINV048023) for industrial bearings (€273.05).
Despite the payment being completed, no items were ever shipped and the company completely ignores all emails and messages regarding cancellation or refund.
This behavior has caused operational problems for our business.
We have already initiated legal action and reported the case to the relevant authorities in Ireland, including the Consumer Protection agencies, and to our bank (Revolut) for a chargeback procedure.
Very poor service and total lack of communication — other businesses should be extremely cautious.

Ordered a part for the tractor a week ago. Had to sign up for an account just to get tracking details. Paid $50 to ship a $20 part. Then had to yet another $20 for import fees or I would not be able to receive the parts. NOBODY from SP would email back outside of the canned "go to the website" canned response. Not one word from the company saying indicating I would have to pay MORE in shipping fees than I already did. I would NEVER recommend this company. Lack of proper communication and auto generated responses suck. If I could cancel my order and get a FULL refund I would.
