The venue was ready when we arrived. The outside grounds were very clean and well kept. We were made to feel welcome and were well looked after.
Everywhere was extremely clean and organised

Nice facility, modern, bright, clean, well designed. Great AV equip. Covid safe. Service went perfectly.

A caring event in stressful times. Staff were present but discreet. Covid restrictions were handled well. The only complaint was there only appeared to be one microphone; when the celebrant moved the sound level dropped, which was more of a problem on the webcast.

Pretty and easily accessible site by car. Not sure about access by public transport. Modern facility with good quality sound system and extensive range of songs. The webcast facility was extremely useful with a family scattered far and wide across the world and with lockdown making travelling difficult. It worked well although the view was a little static. The cremation was extremely efficient with the ashes returned within a couple of days. Very pleased overall.

Arriving at South Oxford Crem we felt immediately calm the peaceful surroundings seemed to engulf us. Ample parking. Inside the serenity of the chapel the peaceful welcoming atmosphere. Clean tidy all covid safe in these crazy times. Our undertakers took charge and were at our side every step of the way nothing too much bother. We gave our dad as good a send off as we could. The live streaming was a great idea and friends and family felt they were with us.

We were so very grateful for all that you did for us in these difficult times. Our only quibble was that the first hymn had no singing on the music played. Since we could not sing It was a little disappointing.

They provided an excellent service during difficult times due to Covid restrictions. All staff were respectful, helpful and sensitive to the situation. We didn't feel that we lacked service at all and felt that the service provided was excellent considering the current climate. The location is lovely and much nicer than the other crematorium in Oxford.

Excellent service and the webstream meant the world to us, if i was to offer any point it would be that the camera looks down on top of the coffin area and you see stuff stored on the roof part, slightly better resolution would be great, but all in all excellent.

This was a peaceful and fitting tribute to our loved one

The building has come along way since it first opened, when i found it very distressing for an early funeral.
I found this experience much nicer,clean well laid out with covid restrictive seating. I didnt feel rushed at all. It was lovely. Thank you

Lovely venue, tranquil and comfortable. Use of streaming ensured vulnerable and remote guests could still join in celebrating Dads life whilst staying safe or who would otherwise have been too far away to travel for the ceremony.

Everything went very well and everyone was very supportive.

Lovely setting, very clean, & tidy entrance cars etc. Very respectful & because of Covid 19 spaces on seating area very respectful done.
