From the very first contact this company's communication, professionalism & customer service has been 5*. The whole process was simple & quick from getting questions answered by Jade to the friendliness & expertise of the 2 nice, young gents who came to fit the panels. Neighbours & family have since requested their details too. Totally recommend them (plus they were about £1000 cheaper than the quote I received from another company last year).

The whole process with South East Solar was smooth. They kept us fully updated throughout, and were quick to respond to my questions. The scaffolding turned up 2 days earlier than agreed but wasn't an issue. It went up quickly and without any disruption. The solar panel installers and the electrician were brilliant, particularly the electrician who was most helpful and informative. The installers were in and out within a couple of hours. It's now been 1 day since the install and we can already see the impact it's having on our consumption from the grid, despite the dull grey weather. We're looking forward to seeing our bills reduce, knowing we're doing our bit for the climate too.

Our experience with South East Solar couldn't have been better. The installation of solar panels, battery and EV charger was a big project for us, also a step into the unknown as far as the technology was concerned. Everyone we spoke to couldn't have been more polite, helpful and patient - we had a lot of questions. Likewise, we were greatly impressed with the team who installed our system. They worked so hard and the entire installation (in January 2025) was completed in just one day. Any queries (and one small glitch) we've had since then has been dealt with in the most friendly and efficient manner by both office staff and engineers. Thank you South East Solar.

I had this company install my solar and battery system recently and I’ve got to say they were fantastic. Possibly the best company I have spoken to in a long time. The team were knowledgeable, friendly and cleared up after themselves. The quote I received was the actual price I paid and I could contact them and actually speak to a human who knew what they were doing. Super impressed and will be recommending this company to family and friends.

In the morning Cam explained the plan for the day and asked for my preferences on areas which had options and did a great job of the initial work. His work was neat and professional.

Really delighted with our 18 panels , inverter and batteries, despite our roof facing north west we are pretty much self sufficient in electricity from late March to October. Our installation was quick and efficient despite terrible weather, staff courteous and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend SES , and their after installation service is excellent

Great experience from initial survey through to installation and beyond. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful. We've had cause to raise a few queries since installation last year and every time have received good communication and customer service from everyone we have dealt with.

SESE customer service was great answering any questions I had in detail. My panels, Battery and EV charger were installed November 24 and have worked prefectly so far. The installers did an excellent job and briefed me on how the system works and the software I could use to monitor the output of the system, Highly recommended.

System was reasonably priced, installed without problems, despite charging our EV we are a net exporter to the grid. The app works well. In use since November 2023.

Their staff is amazing. From any department, technical, operational, management, administrative. They are knowledgeable, listen to your requirements and they give you great alternatives. They are prompt with any issue. Their price was unbeatable. Excellent quality of work. Installers were careful with and around my property. Always courteous and respectful. They clean after themselves all the time. HIGHLY RECOMENDED!

SESE supplied a 10kWh battery to go with my existing solar panels. Arrived as promised and fitted the battery in my garage as agreed. I purchased the battery at a very good price through an East Herts council initiative and very pleased with the overall service provided by SESE.

I am now reaping the rewards of solar. I spend nothing on electricity apart from the standing charge. I have a battery that I use at night for Tv et cetera.
