2nd year using this company for my travel insurance for holidays, no problems at all, the website is easy to navigate.

Proper cover for day trips and very helpful with queries
I was recommended this company by a travel group I belong to, as one of few insurance providers that cover foreign day trips.
Their website is easy to use and prices are very competitive for comparable cover.
I recently had to all them to upgrade a European policy to worldwide and they couldn't have been more helpful.

They are appalling! Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!!
If you need to make a claim, you are lost! Every call ends with a "sorry, wait another 72hours and we promise it will get sorted!"
Right!3 months later you are still in the same place!
