I had a fridge delivered to me not in the same condition as it was advertised. There’s a dent and scratch marks that are clearly visible and which were covered by a large sticker. To begin with the delivery men were rude and has caused damages to my home including my door and floors. After messaging one of the workers they stated that the delivery men dropped the fridge. So they were aware of the damages they caused and failed to inform me. I’ve have been back and forth with multiple people to issue me a refund and collect the damage fridge to which they all continue to ignore me. The supposed manager agreed to a refund but hasn’t shown up, there is a clear lack of customer service and accountability alongside constant lies which person is which. At one point the supposed delivery driver called me and began discussing inappropriate behaviour regarding his male genitals.

I was charged £389 for a fridge freezer they charge £440 for brand new. With a missing clip. They took £10 off for but that clip replacement is £30. And they stopped responding to my messages. They “Offer free delivery” but what that actually means is they dump it on your lawn. I paid the guys delivering it an extra £50 to just bring it inside, im a small woman im not carrying a fridge inside: when we did get it in i opened it up and it was rancid. It smelled rotten, had damage hidden from the photos and even after deep cleaning it the smell still didn’t go away. Avoid these people. At this point just buy it new.
