Excellent customer service and luxury products …
I ordered a couple of Christmas Panetonne (which by the way are the best!) and one of the tins was dented. However when I emailed customer service they were so kind and very prompt in sending another as it was a gift. It's so unusual these days to have that personal touch! I would definitely shop with you again! Thanks

Great customer service
One of the items arrived damage from transport and it was very quickly resolved. In fact, the email response to my concern was within minutes, very rare these days with notifications often at least 48 hrs etc. Replacement item shipped within the hour.

Love these guys!
Have ordered before and loved my orders, but their handling of an issue I had recently is why I’m reviewing so highly! Had ordered from them but unfortunately, it hadn’t arrived. They then sent the same order( minus one thing which was out of stock but was refunded)out express delivery to me. They were so kind, quick and helpful during the entire conversation, highly recommend them!

Cake dome
I ordered a glass cake dome and the dome arrived with a delay and with the glass being blown faulty on one side, the team at Sous chef were so accommodating that they asked if I could send some photos to take a look at the problem and were so apologetic and offered a refund or replacement without me having to faff on send a bulky glass item back. I was very impressed with their service and patience, certainly a great company!

Customer service was very helpful when I accidentally gave the wrong address for an e-voucher. They sorted it quickly to make sure he had it for his birthday. Will definitely shop again.

Order process easy to use - website easy to navigate. My order was completed and I was in receipt within less than 24 hours. Item arrived well packaged and looks exactly as described on their website. Haven't opened yet - so cannot comment on the item purchased. Great customer service to back up great stock.
Sous Chef stock some really great kitchen items. Delivery is very fast and efficient. Pretty much next day without fail even without paying for next day. Customer service is really good. I had a problem with a faulty oil and a lovely lady called Gracie from customer service sorted it quickly, without a fuss. Will be buying from them again.

I bought two gorgeous glasses from Sous Chef but one arrived broken. I emailed the customer service and they got back to me within minutes apologising and saying that due to the glasses no longer being in stock they have fully refunded me. Such a good sign of a lovely company, would highly recommend buying from here. Plus all the items are super cool!

Great customer service
I was looking for enamel roasting dishes that were the right size for my toaster oven and Sous Chef had a nice selection with the perfect dimensions.
Initially two of the items sent were not the ones I had ordered. However, I reached out to customer services and Lucy very speedily resolved this for me, sending out correct replacement items with next day delivery.
Overall very pleased with the service received.

Dishonesty and poor delivery
Whilst they offer a great selection of items,they show VAT free prices but refuse to honour them. They retain the money that does not need to be paid. Delivery charges are very high for a poor quality courier. My order was only dispatched after being chased. A bit of a con

A culinary Aladdins Cave !
Cooking is an act of love however humble or exquisite the offering. Have always been on the lookout for that special ingredient that can elevate my meals a little here and there .
The look on my loved ones faces make it worth it .
Only recently discovered Sous Chef and am I happy I did ! A fabulous company filled with the best quality oils ,vinegars ,spice ....the list is endless ,all lovingly sourced by Sous Chef for our pleasure.
The service is second to none ,staff so helpful with all enquiries and delivery is excellent.

It's really hard to find a great service when sending friends and family gifts in the UK from here in NZ
I've used Sous Chef a few times now. Knowing that the gift will be good quality and will reliably arrive on time is so important.
