This is a terrible company

This is a terrible company. Do NOT order from them. I do a lot of online shopping and this is by far the worst website. No customer service, awful delivery service, everything beyond the online ordering process is just annoying. I've ordered 3 times, each time it gets worse. Never again. Huge regret.
As someone else mentioned, if you write a bad review they simply won't post it. Watch out

Poor rules/customer services/sellers check (doesn't seem to exist a quality check)

They were good with electronics, received the items all fine, no problems and watches (sometimes some delays but can also be earlier as depend on the seller). But other items don't expect much... received a totally different item from described and Souq couldn't even communicate with the seller to check what happened, I wasted exactly the same and they have a 48hrs response from seller and even after this time they didn't reply and Souq didn't do anything. They would give the money back as compensation to Souq account, even telling them I wouldn't be in the country so I couldn't purchase, I wanted that item as described or money back, cash, but they have their own rules. They always say it will be escalated the issue but no response. They always say they will contact back but never do, I needed to call them all the time, getting stressed as they don't response the issue promptly. Their rules are ridiculous when it comes to customer service, even begging to speak to a supervisor they cannot do it, I needed to open a request to speak to a supervisor and than he would reply in 24hrs! What is 24hrs for who waited already for 3 days...
Items informed to be delivered on a specific day (even like 5 days after the request) and items never come, they would never communicate anything if you don't contact them to check what happened. I informed that was urgent even after the long waiting but still they give same response, maybe tomorrow by the end of the day, maybe by this or that time, but they never contact back or seem to care (didn't received the items by the way, and different sellers). Very disappointed with their services after some time, really stressful situations with them and specially customer services. How can they keep advertising those type of fake sellers or items, don't bother to check further... or don't even give a feedback or contact in anyhow their customers. Ridiculous.

I've bought over 6 Phones

I've bought over 6 Phones , a camera , and various assorted goods from them without any issues.

Once I got a faulty camera from them , next day they picked it up and refunded me no questions asked.

I don't know why all these bad reviews , but my experience with them has been only good.

Terrible customer service who do not …

Terrible customer service who do not care.

They do not inform you what is needed like Emirates ID for deliveries and then say it will take 10 days for refund.

Ridiculous, considering they have never asked me for Emirates iD before when I tell them to leave with my security, EVEN with online purchases by card. They says it is courier's policies - but i am buying this from you Souq.

You need to clarify all this before a customer pays. Not happy at all, considering I have bought a lot from them and recommended to friends.

Brand new S8!

I am very happy with Souq.com. I ordered an S8 phone. I was worried at first that I would get something scratched up or in an open packaging but I was wrong ! I got a brand new S8, looking great, the original and I LOVE it. it said it was supposed to take 5 days and it came in 4 days. I am happy with the costumer service and with the delivery timing! :)

SOUQ COSTOMER CARE & Q EXPRESS IS WORSE SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIANCED

Never trust souq customer care representatives they are very unprofessional peoples I have experienced I have few names but I wil not post but they are the worse on souq.com, first off they will never reply to your mails never, always broken promises I have ordered ASUS ZENFONE LASER 2 on 23/06/17 until now I haven't received and their driver is worse this Q EXPRESS COURIER Service is worse their driver doing what ever they want and they are liars too , only I am receiving messages like your shipment is out with courier I am receiving this messages since 23/0617 until now I haven't receive my order just wasting of time bad customer service service and worse representatives.

delay of delivery and unprofessional customer service

last week I have ordered 9 items at once (I bought this items as gifts for my friends as am going for vacation),it took them 07 days to deliver 04 items only (I spent the last 02 days calling them to follow up on the delivery time), the last time I called them,they promised me that they will make sure that I receive the pending items by the evening which didn't happened.
Now I will go back home empty handed because the 1005 Dirhams I spent and 07 days of waiting is not enough for Souq.com to provide me with a professional service as customer, they didn't even respect me.

conclusion: Souq.com is the worst online shopping website ever exist at least in UAE.

I have placed order on 16th May for a samsung gf70 monitor, The item listed as “Fulfilled by SOUQ” and 3 days delivery.

in theirweb site you have mentioned"fulfilled by SOUQ" items are 100% available" ?? What is the point if you are not able to ship the items as SOUQ.com

if it is available why it is not shipped? expected delivery was 20th May. Their customer service can not provide any clear information. they only request to wait. after 5 days waiting i have cancelled my order and still waiting for refund.

thats my second bad experience. i do not recommend anyone to purchase from souq.com

This business took my money but never …

This business took my money but never sent me the item I purchased. It even erased the record of my purchase. This is not a business but an organization of thieves. It should be prosecuted and its employees jailed.

Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!

Souq.com is such a scam. They send you messages that your ordered item will be delivered on a set date, then there is no delivery. I had already called 3 times and the customer service people keep saying the seller has not responded. All this time my credit card was charged for the item. The even had the cheek to say that I can cancel my order and the amount will be reversed in 7 business days. Best to avoid this scam site.

Low prices

Low prices by souq is the only reason you could by from here. I have bought quite alot of things from here. At times i get suspicious of its quality and originality. but Overall a good place to find something at rates lower than the market.

bad :(

I have bought the mobile phone cover from souq-shop on e-bay. The product was good looking but defected (the magnet lock didn't work). The Service was very bad - they just didn't believe me that it is not working as well. It took almost one week to prove them, that my article is defected.

Useless service

Never have i experience such a bad customer service.
Bought a cooler box for picnics and so on - the first time i take it out of the car, the plastic handle broke off.

It was 8 days after i got it, so the warranty is not valid any more _ how is that even legal ?

Customer care was arrogant when i called them.
