Great quality, fast shipping. Would recommend

Unfortunately I did not have a pleasant experience with them. the abayas I have received were 100% made of polyester and way too overpriced for this kind of fabric. I wanted to send the package back but because they keep giving me a wrong address the package always comes back to me. Today I even had to pay a 10€ fee for a package that I don’t even want! another negative aspect is the awful support team. they are not helping me in my situation at all! I honestly wish I could leave no stars but since that is not possible I am leaving one. be careful before you order!

Worst service ever. I waited 3 minutes for 2 abayas and when given they gave wrong sizes, didn’t pay for the return which was like £30 on top of that I paid £110 for 2 abayas. Now they aren’t giving me a refund even though I sent a receipt picture of proof of return.

Quality of the products is good but what is not is this :

First, i ordered 1.8.2022, they have sent me an email that they are on vacation, okay. I will wait, then, even i went on vacay and come back, there is no package. I did write, they answered like its not payed. Okay, i will pay immidiately. Time passed, nothing... finally it came, in the middle of OCTOBER, but not complete. Only 3 khimars, no abaya. On receipt is written " refund" . I was not informed before that it was not going to be complete even i payed it! They emailed me around 20 days ago. They asked if i wanted another abaya, because that was not in stock, and now i am very sorry that i accepted that. Silly me. 12 days ago, i asked when should it come? I am waiting AGAIN for so long. Guess what? No answer! They do not want to answer.
My friend ordered the same thing, and it came to her within 3 days. She is sattisfied, i am not!
From me, a big NO!

I really like their clothes and materials. But I can't say the same about the the delivery times and return method as I got one of the clothes stained and damaged, yes they answered my emails and referred me but I had to cover the cost of my own to sending it back.

Very disappointed with their service. Would like to support but this kind of service is unacceptable and unapologetic.
Paying for an order and not receiving any confirmation whatsoever is very inconsiderate and rude in my opinion.
To worsen it all is that when trying to contact them, they wouldn't even react much less response to it.

It was wonderful to shop from SOTRA. Checkout process is easy and delivery was faster than expected. Thank you card with dua for new clothing is simply beautiful. What is more is the ongoing discounts and more to look forward to. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. Thank you SOTRA!

Very good quality. But my order came to late. After talking to customer service they have sent me my order.

I ordered a scarf in november and still have not received it. Despite my messages on instagram and email.

The sotra website is really well made and very easy to manage. However it would have been nice if you order something, that the confirmation comes via email in english and not in dutch.

I have ordered 5 Abayas. I love them all. I have also ordered 2 khimars. I just can't stop ordering from them. Their items are so lovely. Alhamdulillah. Jazak Allahu Kairun. I will be back. Astalavistababy!!!!
