Money was pulled out of my account with out my knowledge

So sad i have to experience this.I didnt even know about their product suddenly someone uses may credit card details and did a purchase.The purchase was made last jan 24,2025 and jan 26,2025.All purchased is all about kids attire when i dont have kids.
Im sending an email about this matter i hope they have answers my issues.

I will be honest, I found your name on my bank statement taking money from my bank. I had never heard of you , never bought anything from you, someone has been using my email address, my address and bank details, it was not me, i asked for my money back and was refused. a different person Dexter came online and he has refunded some of the money,

Good Service

This website is a scam. Totally untrustworthy. They get you to create an account and subscribe for 2 EUR. Then after 2 days all of a sudden they charge your card with 48,95 EUR for some VIP membership fee that no-one ever has requested. When you tell them you haven't authorised this payment, they cancel your account immediately but charge you another 8,95 EUR for cancellation. If you don't cancel your account immediately, there's no refund, however. And the free cancellation takes 14 days. So what are you going to do to get your money back?

My experience with you had nothing to do with your company it was a family matter that I had to deal with. Struggling with work was an issue during that time as well.
