seven of my last twelve cashouts landed within the quoted window and the fees were zero on every one.
the other five took between nine and sixteen days each, and the pattern i can see is that anything above two hundred pounds goes to a manual desk that nobody at support seems able to reach. that is the part that needs fixing.
