wrote in on the 4th to have the account closed, plainly, no ambiguity 😕 the reply asked whether i would prefer a cool off instead. said no, close it. the second reply asked whether a lower deposit cap would help. said no, close it. the third reply said closure requests go to another team and take up to five working days. that was the 9th. it is now the 18th, the account is still open, the promo emails still arrive, and nobody has written since.

two weeks on the phone almost…

two weeks on the phone almost exclusively and the pattern is consistent. slots are fine. live tables are not. the stream drops to audio, comes back, drops again, and while it is down the round carries on and your bet stands. i lost three hands of blackjack without seeing a card. asked whether there is a setting for lower quality video and was told the stream adjusts automatically, which it plainly does not.

three data points, all from this month. £40 on the 2nd, in the bank on the 4th

£120 on the 9th, in the bank on the 16th. £310 on the 17th, still nothing today, which is the 26th. same card, same account, same casino. the only variable i can see is the size of the number
