Gordon Made My Dream Home a Reality
I had an outstanding experience purchasing my shared ownership home with SO Resi, and Gordon made the entire journey enjoyable from start to finish.
From our very first meeting, Gordon was welcoming, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He explained all of the documents so clearly, making the whole process easy to understand and completely stress-free. He made sure I understood everything, and if I needed something explained more than once, he was always patient and happy to go through it again until I felt confident. Nothing ever felt rushed, and no question was too much trouble.
One of the things that really stood out was how much time Gordon took with me. He even made me a coffee and made both me and my daughter feel genuinely welcome. He showed us every corner of the new building that he could, making sure I was familiar with everything and helping me feel excited and confident about my new home.
The customer service from SO Resi was excellent throughout, but Gordon truly went above and beyond. His kindness, patience, professionalism, and genuine care made such an important milestone a wonderful experience.
I couldn't be happier and would highly recommend SO Resi, especially Gordon, to anyone considering shared ownership.
