There was no return, it is better to look for the original product with a trusted supplier that supports the customer. Don't fall for this scam.
This company should be investigated for commercial crimes! I ordered a NightSky™ - Galaxie Projektor for 50 Euros as a Christmas present for my little nephew. You can imagine the child’s dissapointment when he opened his present to find no film discs! Sonas advertises 6 film discs with the product.
I complained to the company that I will return their product within the 14 days “return policy “. They wrote back and told me that this is complicated as it has to go back to China at my costs. Unstead they offered me a new product for 40 % discount without guarantee of the 6 film discs. Another email was sent again from Sonas offering me 30 % discount on the same product.
All I want is my money back and no new product. I have given this matter over to my German lawyers and the Deutsche Verbraucherzentralle for further investigation;
