Very Considerate Apprenticeship Group!
I am an apprentice of Solveway's and I have nothing but praise for them! They are all so kind and considerate and make sure that during your apprenticeship you are both happy and safe.

I would definitely recommend Solveway to any aspiring future apprentices.

One of the Company Directors told me that he and he alone removed my son from his apprenticeship because he could (this goes against their own policy) because my son was struggling to complete a set piece of work. They gave dates for work to be completed then removed my son from the programme before that date passed.
They are untrustworthy I would never recommend any young person to use this company.

We recently contacted Solveway as recommended by AAT as we were struggling to find a suitable apprenticeship for our staff. From the moment we made initial contact with Solveway, it was obvious why they were highly recommended by AAT as one of their preferential partners. The team have been nothing less than amazing. They were extremely friendly, helpful and nothing seemed too much trouble for Solveway, and as a result had no hesitation in signing our apprentice to commence their studies in the new year. I was looking for a company to help me get a couple of apprentices up and running. I had one person working for the company already who I thought would benefit from an apprenticeship, and required a 2nd apprentice. Solveway have been superb in their communication and assistance. I'm really happy to be working with them. I now have 2 apprentices who are benefitting and developing their career. Making a change to people's lives in a positive manner. This is not a case of just going through the motions, I feel Solveway care. Also, every interaction I have had has been very professional, polite, and positive. This feels like it is going to be a great journey. I am glad we chose Solveway.

All the team at Solveway go above and beyond to help and support our teams needs for recruiting, training and reviewing our apprentices. I have complete reassurance that quality training is being led by the team to all our apprentices and they are being well looked after. Regular review meetings helps our management team understand where we can focus our efforts to provide more relevant experience to their learning to achieve the best results they can. Our apprentices also feedback how much they enjoy the various courses they attend. We were always finding it hard recruiting good people committed and motivated to learn and develop their careers, but Solveway made the recruitment process so easy for us, finding quality candidates in line with our job descriptions and screening them before we met to ensure we are saved as much time as possible, at no extra cost! Have built great relationships with the team, particularly Caroline, Jalna, Catherine and Sophie, and couldn't recommend them more highly.
