Around a 14 month Programme for me which flew by. My work Coach, and Tutor were outstanding with the support and knowledge that they both had for me. Made me feel very prepared for the exam. Steve (Tutor) had lots and lots of knowledge when teaching the class, and would always make sure that we would understand what he was trying to get accross if it meant explaining in different ways many times. Jo (Work Coach) would always make sure I was getting coursework done on time, making sure I was getting the right criteria in the work, and they would always support me through the whole course.

Overall without them I probably wouldn't of got the grade that I got when doing the course.

I’ve had a great experience with Solveway throughout my apprenticeship with them. The support and training they provide has been incredibly useful in helping me grow my skill set. In particular I want to highlight how much of a help Steve Ovenell was in building my knowledge and helping prepare for EPA and helping me secure a good result

Have been in contact with Solveway since the beginning of February, I have been in close contact with Jasmine for the majority of my journey with solveway so far and she has been nothing but helpful, always kept me updated on any new regarding my hiring process, and went above and beyond to help me secure my role, would highly recommend Jasmine for any future Solveway applicants! I also have been in contact with Catherine and had my introduction call with her today and she was great likewise, went very in depth on the apprenticeship I am doing and explained it in a very understandable manner which was very helpful for my development Could not recommend Solveway Apprenticeships more and thank you so much to Jasmine and Catherine for all your help!

I have just finished my apprenticeship with Solveway, they were amazing! Whenever I asked for extra support with my work or if I was confused after a lesson etc, they always booked in extra sessions to help me go through it. Everyone is really nice and helpful and I felt so supported from start to finish and they helped me get a distinction!! I really recommend using Solveway!!

I can't thank Solveway enough for the last 15 months that they've given me. Everyone there knew what they were doing, and they helped me get to a Distinction!

Hello this is Connor Chada, I just wanted to say I genuinely could not have spoken to a kinder or more helpful person than Jasmine as I was recruited for a level 3 Assistant Accountant Apprenticeship. She was so polite and genuine each time we called, it gave me so much confidence going into the interview process.

I applied for the role online and Jasmine Morgan reached out to me and helped me through all the steps needed to be taken during the application/ onboarding process. She was very helpful and informative - thank you. My induction today was informative and in depth too.

I was an apprentice with Solveway doing the data analysis course and I could not have asked for a better training provider the lessons were extremely detailed and helpful and the feedback I received on my work was really effective and enabled me to obtain the the best grade I could.

Everyone at solveway has been extremely helpful and have had all of the information i’ve needed at hand. I was searching for apprenticeships for months and couldn’t find anything, but within a short period of time, they managed to get me an interview for an accounting apprenticeship which i eventually got the job for. Many thanks to Jasmine in particular.

Jasmine is always professional and thoughtful in her communication. She regularly checks in with me over email to see how I’m doing and how work is going, which means a lot. Her messages are always kind, supportive, and encouraging, and they’ve helped me feel more confident and connected, especially when I was just starting my apprenticeship.

Catherine was great help in getting me into my apprenticeship and the Solveway team made it very easy to get started!

Ive just completed my AAT level 4 apprenticeship with solveway and can say it's been such a fantastic experience.
My tutor was wonderful and so knowledgeable. Excellent communication between all parties and felt so supported during my apprenticeship.

Had a really supportive team behind me. Both Steve and Jim constantly setting up meetings to prepare me for the exam. Also had great help from Jo who gave me key information regarding the exam.

I have recently finished my level 3 IT support apprenticeship with Solveway. I have nothing but good things to say. Firstly, when I did not get the original job I applied for they held onto me and then got me a job at a different organisation. Then after that the whole training process was brilliant.

Steve is the trainer when it comes to IT and I have to say his knowledge is incredible. He would always make sure everyone was involved in the online sessions and if anyone had any issues understanding something, he would break everything down so it was easy to digest. Steve was always very approachable and easy to talk to. Steve's guidance and teaching style enabled me to achieve a distinction in my end point assessment.

I also had Keith and Jo as my work coaches. They had regular meetings with me to ensure I stayed on track with my portfolio and to make sure I was happy during my apprenticeship. Again, both of them were very approachable and friendly and I could easily talk to them about any issues I was facing.

Overall I would highly recommend Solveway when it comes to IT apprenticeships. They are really supportive and knowledgeable. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time learning with them.

Solveway provide us with a full service, from helping to source apprentices to fit well into our organisation, working alongside us throughout the process, through education and to qualification. It works as a three way joint effort / agreement between education provider, apprentice and workplace to ensure a bespoke experience tailored to the student. This relationship has enabled students to excel and our business to benefit. We are very much an advocate of apprenticeships and Solveway as a provider.

Completed my level 2 with solveway, very helpful, especially Roger who was always happy to help if I had any questions and was happy to take time to help me 1 on 1 when I needed it.

Solveway have helped us with our latest cohort of apprentices and we are excited to work with them for the next one as well.
The service is quick, helpful, well organised and friendly. Everything is clearly explained to both the employer and the apprentices, with a comprehensive Induction.
The portal they use (Aptem) is easy to understand and navigate, allowing you to see exactly how your apprentices are progressing and any overdue actions.
Feedback from the apprentices is that the tutors are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Having recently had our first progress reviews as well, I was very impressed with the thorough process and excellent approach to safeguarding, prevent and British Values.
We are really looking forward to working with Solveway moving forward, and are looking to utilise their recruitment support as well next time!
