Unacceptable service and lead times

Its sad that such a great brand has such and awful service

They take full payment up front and then explain they dont have the items.
I bought a rack in april and in july i am still waiting for a delivery date
Very similar experience with other items
The worse part is the lack of communication from their team.
I have not received one single communication from them advising o. the delays. Everytime i have had to chase multiple times when the due date approaches. Most recently i was told the manager would call me to explain but still have not heard from them or received any valid delivery date

Amazing quality

Amazing quality - cannot recommend the company enough.

All of the equipment I have received is extremely well made, and add to this I used their install service which was super efficient and the team did a great job.
