Solar Systems Engineering did my initial installations about eighteen months ago and I am very happy with their work and can highly recommend them. I had them upgrade my system with an additional battery about a year after the initial installation and they used the opportunity to tweak the system and again left with everything ship-shape. Technically their work was spot on and their teams are super-efficient and well trained. When there was a glitch in the system they responded very quickly and in no time, it was sorted out. Well done Oleg and the team!

They really go the extra mile in accommodating their clients, I am thrilled with my installation and have comfort in knowing that their support & services they provided are next level.

I can highly recommend Peter and Genevieve Starke and their amazing team from Solar Solutions Engineering.They were on time, very neat, kept all promises and answered all questions honestly. I have not had a single problem since the installation.The installation is very professional and neat. Nothing was too much trouble for them. It was a complex installation as we are a Veterinary clinic with three phase power. You will not be sorry choosing this company.

They put thier clients need first and make you a priority as soon as you have committed to thier services.

The Company was informative, explained what you are buying, explained the functions of the system. The firmest was quick and efficient. Always going above and beyond to ensure the job was done properly. Generally a pleasure to work with. And also available to assist after installation.

The technical team did a suberb job.
The installation was efficient and done very neatly.
When there was a shortage of equipment SSE went the extra mile to fetch an inverter from PE and temporarily install other batteries until the right ones became available.
Sadly the service from the office did not match the excellent work done by the technical team.
Too many admin and communication glitches.

Great advice on what to install without making me incur unnecessary expenses. (i.e. They weren't in it for the just the sale.) Their pricing was very realistic and comparative.
Kept me updated at all times on what was going happen and when. Most importantly they made sure I understood what I was buying and why. I now feel that I'm in a position where I can explain to others what they should be looking for in determining their requirements.
Very happy with my solution and highly recommend them.

The project manager didn't keep communication channels open, didn't honour commitments, and was generally absent during the 3 days of installation. I still have no idea when I can expect to receive copies of the COC, the documents I signed after installation and the final invoice. The onsite teams were on time, professional, friendly and the work was done neatly.

I had a 5kVa inverter and battery setup installed at home. The team handled all the admin and installation requirements with great professionalism. Everything that was planned, was executed accordingly.
