I had my solar system installed today and am very impressed with everything Solarsave has done right from the start. Everything is explained in detail so you make the right choice for a system that fits your needs. After installation everything you need to know about how to use it with the app and how to go about getting a feedback tariff is also explained.
The installation itself is very tidy and looks even better than expected. And the lads doing the work were friendly and helpful.
Hats off to Jamie and the Solarsave team for a job well done. And I have to say there's something very satisfying about looking at my smart meter and it telling me I'm currently spending £0.00p on electricity. Brilliant.

Very good from start to finish. Explained everything in detail. No pushy sales Jamie left us to think about what we wanted. Once we had made our choice Jamie guided us on which would be our best system.
The guys who came to do the work from the survey to scaffolding and the gents who fitted the system were all very polite and made sure we understood the workings. They all cleaned up after themselves and left my property as it was found.
Everything was completed within two weeks once I had decided to go with Jamie.
The solar was generating electricity within a few hours of the day installed and Ben on the dull days it is doing its job.
Well happy and will be back to convert all the house to only electric.

What an outstanding company. I recently had solar panels and a battery installed by Solar Save, and the entire experience was excellent from beginning to end.
From my first conversation with James, everything was explained clearly and professionally. He was patient, knowledgeable, and never once used pushy sales tactics. I received quotes from several other companies, but Solar Save really stood out for their honesty, communication, and customer service.
Even when there were a few changes along the way, James was incredibly accommodating and made sure my installation requirements were met without any hassle. From the initial enquiry through to completion, the whole process took only around three weeks, which was a very pleasant surprise.
A special mention and sincere thank you to Stephanie, who handled all of the office administration and paperwork relating to the installation. She kept everything organised and running smoothly behind the scenes, making the whole process stress-free and easy for us. Her communication and support were greatly appreciated throughout.
The entire team — from the scaffolding crew to the roofers and electricians — were professional, polite, hardworking, and respectful of both us and our property. The installation itself was completed in just one day, and we were up and running almost immediately. We are now enjoying the benefits of greater energy independence and self-sufficiency.

The service from start to finish has been great. I don’t need a sales person on the phone telling me loads of info that is not relevant to my home. Jamie from the start we genuine and talked me through the panels and what we needed and even answered all my questions. The fitting was seamless and the team were great. Paul the electrician showed me everything they were doing and then talked me through the app which is so easy to use. They left the site in clean way as well. All round I recommend these guys.

Excellent throughout, from the first contact James was very professional but with a friendly attitude.

We've been looking to put solar panels on our roof for a while but found all the different information confusing. James made everything transparent and easy to understand what savings we will make. Installation was fantastic great team of people. Big shout out to Paul the electrician who overcame a few issues after the initial survey moving existing electrical boxes to get the system installed where it needed to go. Customer service is fantastic James is always available for any questions. Looking forward to saving on our bills. Would highly recommend this company.

We had our solar system installed by SolarSave on Monday of this week. It’s now Thursday and we’ve already exported about 80% of what we’ve generated (a taste of things to come - when the paperwork is completed and we get paid by Octopus)

The service we’ve received from SolarSave has been first class from start to finish,on a job with difficult access to our roof.

I selected Solarsave to supply and install my solar panels plus battery system on the basis of my rapport with Jamey Loftus, the MD, who himself did the sales visit. They weren't quite the cheapest options I found, but almost, and I decided that my favourable impression outweighed the slight price increase. I was not disappointed. The scaffolding went up Monday, the system was installed and commissioned Wednesday, and I am informed (and I believe it) the scaffolding will be down tomorrow. The installers were competent, efficient, considerate and friendly. Everything appears to be working entirely as advertised. Thank you very much for a great job.

I have nothing but good things to say about our whole experience with Solar Save Ltd. From start to finish it has been great service. We have had some bad experiences in the past with solar companies coming to our house to give us a quote and then not wanting to leave without us putting a deposit down. These experiences made us nervous to start the process again.
Not once did James try and force us in to making a decision. He simply came round to see what system we could have and how much it would cost us, which is exactly what we wanted to know. There was no pushing from him at all to make a decision there and then. He simply explained everything about the proposed system in detail and was more than happy to answer all of our questions (which there were many) and that was it.
The install was smooth and done to a very high standard. Since the install James and his team have always been more than happy to answer any questions we have and respond very quickly. I would highly recommend getting solar panels installed and 100% recommend using Solar Save Ltd.

Every person we dealt with was helpful, knowledgeable and very patient with our many questions. Communication was excellent and the job was done/completed in the timeframe we were given. The installation team were extremely pleasant and efficient and did a great job tidying up afterwards! With the rise of energy costs, I needed to switch to solar energy to cut the costs for the upcoming winter and years ahead. I cannot recommend solar save high enough. The owner, Jamie, walked me through the options from start to finish and opened my eyes, not just to the savings, but also for potential revenue, selling my energy back to the grid. The electrician, Paul, walked me through a thorough and non-invasive installation to the property, which he had done an excellent job. I look forward to establishing a long lasting business relationship with this company for any properties I may require in the future.
