From day one everything was so easy no hassles a great price and the installers were the best team I have had work at our house. The install looks wonderful and everything was left so neat and tidy. They showed me how to use and follow the App. I will pass the name SOLARGAIN around to anyone who is interested in the system.

Matt was very courteous and explained why he was here for in regards to testing my solar inverter. He checked all panels whilst he was here as well. The service was very efficient. I would recommend Solargain for any issues that may occur.

Unsure of what HWS to install and Sheldon in sales was very patient and helpful with all of my questions. I was apprehensive about the price as it was significantly cheaper than competitors but Sheldon answered all my queries and I was confident to choose Solargain. The installers-plumbers and electricians- were friendly and efficient but most of all on time. Small issue with the booster switch but was fixed promptly and as promised.Thoroughly impressed and recommend.

From designing a system to installation these guys are terrific. This is my second 6.6kw PV installation with them and both have been top notch. They keep you informed and work round obstacles like shading and limited circuit board space. Maybe more expensive than the cheap firms but don't you get what you pay for?

The customer service from all throughout the process has been exceptional. Great communication, tailoring our package to our family needs and then installation was dreamless with a team that kept us up to date on the progress.

I sourced quotes from multiple providers, I found the consultant from Solargain to be the most engaging and helpful over the phone, he also sent the quote through first, and was the best value in my opinion for the most suitable option for my home. I chose this company because of their good reviews and star rating, I also liked the price that was quoted.we had a bit of a communication hiccup to start with but the lady that I originally spoke to said it was her first day so fair enough. I was told that the installer would arrive between 12pm and 2pm which suited me because I had appointments in the morning but when I arrived home around 11:45 he was finishing up, I had missed a text from him around 10:15 saying that he would be there in 15 minutes. He did his job because my husband was at home but he didn't connect my mobile to the wi-fi so now has to come back to do that which he could have done when I arrived home. He has done a good job otherwise.

The whole process of getting a quote to installation was very efficient and fast. They are the best company I have ever dealt with. Thanks Solar Gain.
