From start to finish OVO were amazing. No pressure, excellent advice and personable conversations. The planing and booking was easy and informative. I booked everything through OVO, scaffolding and electrics. Can't praise them enough and have already recommended them to two friends looking for solar.

The quote for solar from OVO was competitive with the overall installation process seamless and professional so good value for money. The whole team were friendly quick and thorough through out the process. Very happy to recommend OVO south coast’s services to friends etc.

Quick response and installation. Scaffolding Monday a.m. Solar Panels Tuesday morning, battery and electrical installation Tuesday p.m. so all up and running by 4 p.m. Scaffolding down Thursday a.m.

After making the decision to move away from gas and go to electric heating we soon became aware for this to be affordable we needed solar. Having looked at other suppliers we decided to go with OVO South Coast.
The experience was positive from initial planning to installation the staff were enthusiastic and professional the work being carried out to a high standard and at price that was very competitive.
The system has now being running for 2 month's with out problem and is actually making money. I did feel that the 8 weeks to setup it took to setup the Smart Export Guarantee (payment method for exported electricity) was to long but as this a government initiative was outside of OVO control. We have had a couple of issues with the Fox Cloud app, which monitors the solar system, but these were sorted out with help from Rhys Webb our aftercare contact.

Excellent service from quotation via a survey & install dates to actual scaffolding & installation, followed by instructions on how to use the system.

This company was 100% efficient from start to finish.
Once we had our very competitive quote and survey, the team were immediately in touch discussing any options we required. A date was promptly set for scaffolding and installation. Monday scaffolding erected, Tuesday the Solar Panels, Inverter and battery installed, the very competent electrician worked through the day. The next morning he returned to finalise the installation, he talked us through it and installed our App, which is brilliant. The paperwork was sent to OVO who immediately contacted us to sign up to export our excess electric to the grid. The battery is storing energy all day even when cloudy, far in excess of what we expected. A delighted customer

The whole team was helpful and professional from the first survey (with a real person, not just from photographs), through the quotes and installation. A good price and the work was carried out to a high standard.

Very informative about the choice of systems, the survey was to explaining the system and the location of the equipment. The scaffolding went up on the Friday on time by a friendly team, on the Monday the installers arrived on time and on completion explained how the system worked and helped withe the App on my IPhone. great service from all I dealt with 5*

First class service and correspondence from start to finish. Everything was explained upfront, from how solar could work for us, and what we expect from and air sourced heart pump. With all the data to support what we need in terms of minimum temps, due to wife's illness.
During the installation, again we were kept updated on exactly what was happening, the house was kept neat and tidy at the end of each day. Was impressed with the time taken when changing the radiators for larger ones. All additional pipework extensions were copper, not cheap easier plastic.
Since completing the install our house (an old forge) is constantly at 22 degrees and is returning 4 times the heat vs. input

QUICKLY CAME AND SURVEYED, WAS INSTALLED QUICKLY INSTALLERS WERE POLITE AND TIDY, ONLY SLIGHT DELAY WAS SCAFFOLD ON ONE SIDE OF THE HOUSE NOT PUT AT CORRECT HIGHT SO RETURN VISIT REQUIRED CANT FAULT THE INSTALLATION.
JUST NEED SCAFFOLD DOWN NOW.

It was clear from start to finish that Greenhome cared about doing the job right. They offered advice on the design and clearly weren't just looking to make money but actually considering our needs.

From when Paul came and gave me advice in late 2025 and a timeline for ordering and installation, to the staff in the office (Sophie, Holly, Chloe and Matt), to the electrical installation team (Ryan, Daniel, Tom and Wes) and roofers (I'm not sure of the 2 lads names), the process has been seemless.
Everyone has been so helpful and nothing has been too much trouble. Even when I phoned, everyone was so friendly and always sorted me out.

My experience of the installation team was very positive and all trades from scaffolders, panel installers, and electrician were all very polite and helpful. All done within 4 days with very little mess. Also the office staff were so helpful and took the time to explain everything.

Highly rate the Solar install from OVO. Scaffold put up on Monday, Solar install done on the Wednesday, Scaffold removed on the Friday.
