17 days and still no parcel!!!!! Order 323871

I placed an order on the 11th July for some havianas for holiday. I thought 7 days would be ample time for them to arrive...... oh how wrong I was!
I phoned customer services on the 17th July and was told that they had been despatched on the 16th, even though I had received no emails confirming this. I tried to track the parcel using the number I was given, and guess what... the number wasn't valid. I even phoned the delivery company who said it wasn't one of their numbers. I then tried the tracking number on all the companies used by 'sojeans', and it didn't show as valid on any.

I then phoned on the 28th July after my holiday, and was told that they had been despatched on the 23rd July.....

Again I tried the tracking number, and yep, no trace!

I phoned customer services back again, who said that I should give it another 2 days and then try again.!
No one has a clue where my parcel is, and different advisors have told me different info about when it was despatched.

I haven't received any emails from sojeans since they took my money and confirmed my order.

Who knows where my flip flops are.!! I don't even believe they have been sent.

Refund or return is possible what is good however to be refunded is impossible coz they ask for such a details that at the end I had decided to accept voucher.

What happenned with your refund is that we tried several times to refund you by bank transfer, but the bank details you have given us were not correct.

Excellent and easy to use on line system

I like the easy to use on - line system and the choice of goods offered. I have yet to experience the returns aspect of the service, but my experience so far has been excellent and I would recommend sojeans to all.

Will my order arrive?... ...

The first order I place through Sojeans via Amazon arrived just fine. The second order I placed through Sojeans could not be delivered by Yodle because Sojeans had not taken my address correctly. When I tried to correct the address online, it simply wouldn't take the correct address. I phoned Sojeans to see if they could correct my address. I checked my address after the phone call, and the woman I had been speaking to had, quite literally written down absolute ''gobble-de-gook''! Buuut,... I was at this point able to more or less correct my address online.

To get my parcel delivered, I then had to phone Yodel again, give them my correct address, and then phone Sojeans and ask them to confirm to Yodel that this was infact my correct address. Thankfully the second person I spoke to was more competent than the first, and actually seemed to care about my order!

The little saga of my 3rd order...
I order a pare of Highlight leggings, next day delivery. The next day Sojeans email me to say the order has been shipped, but they don't give a delivery time...
I phone them up, stating that my delivery is obviously not going to arrive ''next day'' and asking for a refund on the next day delivery charge.
I am told they are coming from France, and that is why they are not next day delivery. So I say, ''So why am I paying the 'next day delivery charge'?'' After going back and forth over the information, she eventually says, It would have taken 2 week for me to get my order, rather than 3 - 5 days, had I not payed the next day delivery charge. (A clear statement of this on the next day delivery, would have saved me that phone call!)

So I begin to track my order, this time through FedEx priority.
I placed my order on the 17th -18th, Sojeans emailed to say the order had been despatched on the 19, and that I would receive it 3 to 5 days after placing the order. On the 21st I track my order,... estimated delivery, according to FedEx, 21st by 6pm. 6pm comes and goes, no delivery. I track again on the 22nd,... estimated delivery N/A. I call FedEx up to see if something has gone wrong. And guess what,... something has gone wrong,... the parcel was never despatched!!!! So I call up Sojeans, TEN Times! Nine of those times I got cut off!!!!! The person I speak to tells me, that FedEx has my parcel and that it is due for arrival on the 23rd -24th. (So who's giving me miss information, FedEx or Sojeans!!!???) I ask her if she can confirm this in an email,... as yet I have not received an email...

Sadly,... Annoyingly,... I think there will be a few more phone calls to FedEx and Sojeans.

Buying things should be simple, Sojeans do not seem to have perfected the art of simplicity for the consumer.

Their level of care towards their customers is very variable, some of their staff are very 'on the ball', other members of their staff, really 'couldn't give a dam!'

Perfect fit!

Very happy to find again this Levis (modern rise straight). Being petit (only 5.2) this´s the perfect fit for me, but was unable to find around any other color but indigo which I found too dark. So , really , really pleased that you have a better selection. Will order the same in cactus. Delivery took a couple of days. All perfect and the price very good. Totally recommend this design and also Sojeans, you offer way more choices than other internet catalogues!

terrible customer service

I ordered 3 items in 2013. 1 was not in stock so I got a refund within a few days and got a voucher for the error. This was a pleasant surprise.

My other 2 items arrived but they were not suitable. I followed the instructions on my invoice to have my items returned. When I was completing the online part of my return at NO point did the website state that I had to phone the company for a refund nor did it say this anywhere on the website. I selected voucher and on receiving my voucher I contacted the representative immediately requesting a refund.

It is now the end of April and I still have NOT received my refund despite being in constant contact with the company, sending a copy of my postage receipt, and forwarding any details they request.

I have also requested details of the complaints department several times with no response and on occasions of telephone conversation have requested to be put through to the returns department to speak with them directly but the call handler refused to put me through.

I have been told that my refund has been authorised on 9th April and will in my account in 5 days. Obviously this has not happened. I am extremely annoyed by the customer service I have received by this company and will most definitely NOT be shopping with them in future and will advise friends and family of the same.

It appears that SoJeans are great in their initial ordering process and taking money off their customers. However when it comes to refunding and returning they are entirely lacking.

terrible functionality of website, very difficult to return a product

Firstly, I ordered from a UK website and am being asked to fill in a questionnaire in French. Continuity?

Your website for ordering is adequate, the product arrived promptly but when it comes to returns it's a minefield.

Firstly it would not accept my password to log back into my account in order to process a return. I requested a reset of password to be emailed to my address. It was unclear if this had registered as no email was received within an hour. I therefore requested another password reset.
24hrs later after sending you an email explaining I couldn't access my account, I got 2 emails with password resets. The second saying that this new password replaced the last one. It didn't. The first one was the one which worked.

Having entered my account and processed my return I couldn't work out how to print the return label as the "download" icon just gave me my original order invoice and no label. Eventually I figured out there was another "live" link on that page but the label printed does not have a bar code as shown on the paperwork enclosed with your product. I don't know if a bar code is supposed to appear or not. I have emailed your UK customer services and am awaiting a reply. I will not post the product until I get a satisfactory response as I don't want the package to go missing.

Finally I changed my password to something I would remember. As with every action on your website, it is very unclear whether it has been registered or not.
I logged out.

I have since tried to log back in again. Neither my custom password or either of the original 2 reset passwords work. So, once again, I am locked out of my account.

I have sent an email to customer services asking what to do as I don't want to request yet another password reset.

I work on an Apple Macbook pro using Safari but I cannot believe your website is not compatible. If it isn't, it should be.

All in all, a frustrating experience which has put me off buying from you again.

Hugely disappointed

I ordered my dress on the 14.4.14 for a very special event on Easter Sunday. Knowing it would take longer due to it being Easter i ordered it in good time. It arrived on the 22.4.14 - 8 days later!

I missed it on Easter Sunday and felt so disappointed, having waited in for the delivery for a few days. I EVEN paid an extra £10 to get next day delivery..

I am so cross!
