We used Softscape's services twice this year and will continue to do so again. Most recently, Softscape have designed and then landscaped our front garden, transforming it from a space that had become over grown to a structured space that will require minimal ongoing maintenance. Alessio and team have demonstrated to us that they are both knowledgeable and reliable and we would recommend their services to others

I'm very happy with the work carried out in my garden. Borders thoroughly dug over, plants lifted, split and replanted in a much better configuration. Alessio is very knowledgeable, prompt and diligent in his work. I'd have no hesitation in recommending his services.

Alessio and his team did a great job converting a small, scruffy and leaking garden pond into a larger one which is now a beautiful feature of our garden. Softscape Gardens transformed our neglected garden into a wonderful place to be and enjoy. Everyone who sees it says "Wow" whether or not they saw the "before." Alessio was able to discern what we wanted without us fully knowing, chose the right plants and gave us the tranquil, beautiful place we wanted. His knowledge, generosity and willingness to help educate us, gave us confidence in him and made the experience a great one. His team executed the work proficiently and efficiently. He communicated well and and he did what he'd say he'd do, when he said he'd do it. If there was hold up, e.g. with suppliers, we were told. That communication is important. We are very happy with the value we have received for the work done and change it achieved.

We have been looking for a gardener/landscaper to do our small garden for a while but the few we had come round always talked about the paving, never the plants. The complete opposite with Alessio from Softscape gardens. It was about the plants and the type of feel we wanted to create in the garden.

Alessio listened to our wants and devised a plan to maximize the space we have. The garden is now both lovely - with plants that give the look we wanted - as well as completely functional in its layout. We can now comfortably enjoy the sunshine and have meals outside with friends. Alessio is also creative in the layout and landscaping of the plants, being aware of the height the plants will grow and the time of year the various plants will blossom and grow. It already is looking great after only a few months.

Alessio was reliable, punctual, and attentive to what we were looking for. He is very knowledgeable about plants and has provided us with a care guide with pruning instructions on how to maintain the garden, which with our limited tree knowledge is highly appreciated. There were even a couple of follow-up visits to check on the progress of the plants and provide pruning advice. He also provided great advice on the patio hard flooring options that complement the layout of our garden.

Excellent service all round. Alessio and his team created a wonderful outdoor space for me. Alessio was extremely helpful throughout the project and very thorough. Would highly recommend.

Alessio was brilliant and gave us a front garden with a wow factor with something we would never have come up with ourselves. He kept us up to date throughout the process as everything had to be ordered in advance and even wrote us some maintenance tips to keep it looking great. No hesitation in using Alessio and Softscape again or recommending him.

We are so happy with how he transformed our garden, and could not have had a better experience. His attention to detail is invaluable and includes not only creating the outdoor space, but taking the time to help you understand what you actually want out of your garden and then how to care for it through the years.

Alessio was an absolute professional from start to finish, with guidance and advice on the first visit, adding accurate and useful drawings to follow up with his initial quote. Following some further calculations as we finalised the design, it was a pleasure to see a final quote actually come down, which is a first for me.
The final result was outstanding, with a superb selection of plants, excellent finish with the resin edging, and it complements the space perfectly. I would highly recommend Softscape and Alessio should you be considering a qualified landscape gardener rather than 'garden labour', as there is clearly a considerable difference in the service you get, and the result.

We needed some of our garden updating, and Alessio delivered beautifully. He communicated with us at every level, was prompt and worked hard. We are so happy with the results. We would not hesitate in recommending him.

Alessio is excellent at his job. He used resin bound gravel, hard wood and clear resin to come up with an awesome design for our patio. He is very artistic, cares about his work and understands good customer service. All for the right price too. If you are unsure of what to do with your garden Alessio can see it in ways you wouldn’t and help you come up with final designs. Thoroughly recommend.
