To be honest
To be honest, recently I don't use the apps that much. But I did. And some times I do. Flawless apps that do difficult things easily. Great people and support (they helped me within minutes one time and I got my presentation for a meeting done). Long time customer. Apps worth having.

A good company with great software
First of all, I like very much this company software, and I use them regularly. Efficient, specialized, easy to use and pretty. All I can ask in a software.
As for the technical support, it’s very good. Efficient and fast.
And the economic approach suits me.

Its been the best of times and now the worse of times
I have an Universal License (for over three years) and lately Softorino programs each time I go to open an app have go back to the license page to activate my Universal License. Next SYC PRO is a replacement app that no notification was sent out telling users they need to update. And this new app is not stable.

At least I was able to use the free version.
I used the free version for years and it worked great. Once they created the universal license I was never able to copy another video. I am not very tech-savvy but this is ridiculous. I was never able to log on and there is no support to get help. I feel like I was cheated by paying for a subscription that didn't work.

Outstanding service experience
I have been using some of these products for many years, at least 5, honestly, I can't remember how long it's been, but if they were crap, I would be able to tell you the date/time of download and disappointment to the minute/second. I especially like the folder colorizer!

I began my experience with Softorino with a review of one app for Mac Edition Radio. Soon I learned about the multitude of offerings, all first-rate, well written, designed and stable.
Most of all, these were useful apps. We have a saying about software that looks cool but you never use, it's called "Shelfware", but we find ourselves using and recommending Softorino software all the time.
