Fantastic service.
Purchased a beautiful 4 seater sofa and chair from Sofology Paisley. Unfortunately both were damaged on arrival. The delivery driver took photo as well as ourselves. The company sent someone out to see if it could be repaired. Unfortunately not.
Straight away we were offered a replacement an alternative or a refund. We chose a refund and the monies were returned to our bank within a week.
This did not detract from the knowledgable professional service we received. I would highly recommend Sofology. Not like to alternative furniture company we went to as their service regarding delivery has been abysmal with the administration being very poor.

Kev was great. Very knowledgeable. No hard sell and nobody falling us around which is a big No! for me. Disappointed spending over £3000 and was advised that we had to buy the upholstery cleaning kit! Very poor Sofology!

We recently visited Sofology looking for a new suite and had a really positive experience thanks to Sirwan Bakir.

He was patient, understanding and never once made us feel pressured. Choosing a suite can be a difficult decision with so many options, but Sirwan took the time to listen to what we were looking for and helped guide us through everything in a relaxed and professional way.

Excellent customer service from start to finish and a credit to the store. Thanks again Sirwan for making the whole experience easy and enjoyable.

I had a very positive experience in your Paisley store. Given time to view products but I already knew what I wanted. No pushy sales just given information that was useful. Salesman (Kev) really helped me with ordering the configuration I needed. I’m waiting on my sofa but aware of timeframes and helpful information is in the mysofology website when I sign in.

It was good to be allowed to wander round the store trying out various sofas and not be hassled.
When I saw sofa I was interested in the sales person was so helpful answering all the questions I had about the different fabrics I could choose from.
