Called in to look at accent chairs. Cyril dealt with us he was very helpful. We did not feel rushed and he sent us the chair measurements to check out at home to ensure we were happy. No hard sell and we chose our chair in the colour we wanted. Excellent service

Great range of sofas to choose from and Heather was extremely helpful in answering any questions and very informative. Wasn’t pushy and let me browse around myself while waiting on my friend arriving. She made sure I was absolutely happy with my choice before committing to buy & even managed to get me a small discount 😊. Great service all round and would recommend to anyone.

The store was great with a wide range of quality sofas, very good prices and lots of options with payments.
No one pressures you when walking around the store either, they are all just there to help whenever you need it. The staff were all friendly, informative and approachable.
Kevin H especially helped me a lot and arranged some finance options for me and lots of alternatives with regards to the sofa and additionals, also arranged a call back with me and went the extra mile to help

I found my experience at sofology to be comfortable and enjoyable due to the sofology associate Cyril who helped me pick the sofa that I wanted and placed the order for me. He was very personable with a good sense of humour and I didn’t feel like he pressured me into a purchase instead he patiently gave me time to decide and then went above and beyond to ensure I got exactly what I wanted. He even went as far as to write a lovely note to me in my purchase booklet which was very much appreciated.

Fantastic service.
Purchased a beautiful 4 seater sofa and chair from Sofology Paisley. Unfortunately both were damaged on arrival. The delivery driver took photo as well as ourselves. The company sent someone out to see if it could be repaired. Unfortunately not.
Straight away we were offered a replacement an alternative or a refund. We chose a refund and the monies were returned to our bank within a week.
This did not detract from the knowledgable professional service we received. I would highly recommend Sofology. Not like to alternative furniture company we went to as their service regarding delivery has been abysmal with the administration being very poor.
