I have made a trust pilot review with 1 star however I want to say please ignore it. As I was checking my emails incorrectly One of the best experience it turned out sofa been delivered and fitted by 2 delivery man. You can’t ask more can you.

They did exactly as they advertise. Sofa's sold in a few days. Collection and wrapping was easy with two pleasant young men.

I found a sofa I liked. I paid for it and had a message saying it had a miss-print in the description. Sofalistic contacted me straight away and asked if I wanted a refund or to proceed. I asked for a refund and got it back within a couple of hours. Excellent communication and customer service!

I then bought a sofa and the process was so good. I chose my date window. Had a call 5 days later to choose my date. Was kept in the loop via emails and them calling me.

Delivery today was seamless. They men called and gave me 45 minutes notice. They arrived on time. Lovely manners. Placed the sofas exactly where I wanted, even when I changed my mind half way through on position.

Such an easy transaction. Beautiful sofa as described.
Sofalistic kept me informed throughout the whole process.

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Had my sofa advertised elsewhere for some time. Saw Sofalistic on social media and filled in my details. To my amazement, within three hours the suite was sold! Sofalistic kept me informed at every stage of the procedure. The guys who collected the suite were brilliant and polite and within a week or so, the suite was delivered to the buyer and our money for it was transferred. I honestly can't fault Sofalistic and the service provided and would highly recommend them.

Do not trust this company.my wife sold a sofa on here and instead of putting money in her account they drained her account and when questioned about it she got abusive messages from them.had to cancel all cards and get new cards.definitely stay clear they are total scams and not even worth 1 star

We bought a sofa on Monday 13th April and selected the delivery slot of 18th April as that was the closest next date, we had an email on the 17th saying they'd picked the item up and would let us know within the next 3-5 days.

On the 20th April we received an email saying they were still arranging a delivery slot and would let us know.

On the 22nd April we had another email that said they're finalising the delivery scheduling and would let us know as soon as possible.

On the 25th April we received an email stating that they were aiming to deliver on the 30th April.

On the 29th April we received an email saying our delivery eta was nearly here and is expected on the 5th May.

On the 4th May we had an email saying delivery would take place between 9am-noon....it came at 20 past 4 on the 5th May.

So from the 13th April purchase to a delivery date of the 18th we finally had it delivered nearly 3 weeks later.

If you're selling your own sofa, keep hold of it and store it, ours was collected by a private buyer on the 21st April (we arranged this for an overlap from the 18th) and had no where to sit in the living room for 2 weeks.

Might use again one day but would hang on to our old sofa and expect delays without explanation.

From start to finish was so easy, telephone conversations aranging delivery, to emails confirming delivery times, 3 hour delivery slot got rung up half an hour before off the delivery drivers. Proper decent lads mine was a big 4 seater sofa came in two bits very heavy, they had it upin no time, you wont be dissapointed

We needed to sell a sofa as we where taking delivery of a new one
Had no luck on the usual platforms
But found sofalistic by accident really
Put pictures on and description and price really easy to do within a couple of days I was contacted to say sofa had sold
Throughout the whole process I was kept up to date with everything
As I'm writing this review the money for sofa has gone into my account
If you need to sell a sofa this is the place to do it
Collection of sofa was arranged for a time which was convenient for us

The sofa I purchased I would give 5 stars, the company I would give 3 stars, things wasn't exactly how the advertising stated. The delivery company 1 star, I've never met such arrogant lazy people, supposedly contracted to do a job.
