My experience so far has been awesome. James, who is my sales person has a lot of knowledge in the products and has helped me through the entire purchasing process.. It took a few days for my husband and I to decide on the perfect sleeper and James was there the entire time helping us figure it out.. He was awesome and we can not wait to get our new sleeper!!

Everything was great -- buying, speed of delivery, setup, product -- but the only downside to my experience was that I didn't get the call, as the C/S person said I would, to tell me what the delivery window would be. I was told I'd receive a call 24 hours before delivery. The sofa arrived at 8a--I'm glad I was awake, but I needed time to move the existing futon to another room. My husband and I were able to do it in a rush. The driver said he/someone had texted my cell. I looked and it was there, but it must have arrived after 11p the night before because that's when I turned my phone off, and I didn't turn it back on until 2 min to 8 the next morning! I was told I'd get a phone call, on my primary number (landline) which is best, but there was no call made to the primary number nor on my cell, just a text.

Other than that, everything was fine.

We were in the market for a modern, comfortable sleeper for our newly renovated basement. Skeptical of the many options we found online featuring mostly mixed reviews, we decided to venture out to our local furniture shops to see what we could find. We loved the pieces offered by the brand Lounto, with modern lines, simple design, solid construction.

With very few options available in-stock, we looked at the additional models available for ordering. Armed with some quotes we went back home to give it a think and pick a model after properly measuring our space. Then, we decided to look online. We were surprised to find JenniHome. We have always been wary of “too good to be true” sites offering better deals than brick and mortar stores but after a bit of research on the business reputation and reading the many positive reviews posted by previous customers, we decided to give it a go.

We purchased the elfin sleeper sofa with nesting mechanism and matching mattress protector at Jennihome for a much better price and faster delivery time than the 2 local brand name stores we had previously visited. Delivery was prompt and professional. The crew placed the item at the spot we requested, unpacked, installed the legs, showed us how to open it and close it, picked up the wrapping and were out on their way very quickly.

Overall, a great experience. Definitely recommend JenniHome!

The couch is absolutely gorgeous. The color is perfect and the structure and quality of the sofa bed is superior. It folds out very nicely and is somewhat comfortable if you like a harder bed. I will be adding a topper to the bed when it is being used. The service team that delivered the bed was also outstanding.

I bought a Queen sleeper loveseat (Hampton) for my ADU/office in my backyard and loved it so much, I got another one for the spare bedroom in my house. And sofabed.com was awesome. I expected delivery in 5 weeks but got both within 3 weeks. Really pleased with the whole experience.

We received very attentive service from James. We have had one issue with the center headrest not lifting up, but James is investigating it and I feel confident that it will be resolved.

My convertible chair/bed appears to be well made. It is firm but comfortable and looks attractive. The seller and shipper kept me apprised of the delivery status of my order. It was delivered promptly and courteously.

Company personnel answered all my questions, they provided honest expectations including delivery timetable, they delivered when promised providing professional service. The sleeper sofa was not inexpensive, but quality and appearance match the value. We appreciate the unique opening mechanism and the two mattress format. I was unfamiliar with this company but quite glad it turned up in my extensive searching.
