I have a bad experience with your site, because several times you charged me money, without asking me, and when I contacted the site, you told me that you would reimburse me, but you did not do it correctly, you only reimbursed 10% of the amount cut.

This company seems to be part of an international scam. You attempt to buy an item off the Internet and your money goes into an account with this company which is a recurring charge. Doubt very much if you can actually buy anything with your "credit"

Firstly I responded to a facebook offer for Adidas Samba sneakers for R37 South African Rands. Chocobux sent me to the payment portal where the payment was in Euros which amounted to ZAR42.15. Immediately after that socksonclick deducted ZAR37.51. Four day later both chocobux and socksonclick deducted ZAR154.13 and ZAR154.36 respectively. Unknowingly I was subscribed to both these sites without my consent.
I wrote to both sites support, in fact it looks like it’s one company as the wording email responses are identical.
Anyway I cancelled the account membership on both chocobux and socksonclick and requested a full refund of all my money the deducted. Both sites responded promptly to my cancellation. Only Zoe from socksonclick responded with considering to refund my money in full but, the refund is pending approval.

Somehow through various pop-ups, I had been charged for a subscription with the Socksonclick.com site. I wrote to support to understand what had happened. My subscription has been blocked and I am waiting for the refund that the company told me to send me. If this happens,I am completely happy with the service.

They are always following up and they make you feel like your request is valid.
