I changed my CHZs for club tokens, but I could not change it back. My tokens were worth around 5000€ and I had level 3 verification but it was asking me for level 4 verification which is by the way for trades / holding with over 40.000€. When I told them about my problem after 2 weeks when I lost almost half of my value / chz they responded me that I need to send money to Socios to get level 4 verification which is absolutely coercive and not governed by their rules. Never heard from them again and still can not sell my tokens. WHY TF I WOULD TRUST COMPANY WHO IS OWNED BY GAMBLER.

Just a horrible experience... Tried to participate in the launch of two tokens and on both the system crashed, they blocked people out and there I had just an awefull experience. Bad customer support also.

I bought 1 psg on binance and i sent it to chiliz exchange bep-20 address. Tx was sent but never received into my chiliz account. Opened a ticket 3 days ago and no response. Asked for help on their TG chat and no response. DM'd an admin there and no response.

Blatant scam,. I deposited 100 EUR couldn't do anything with it. Tried to withdraw but can't now my 100 EUR is worth 45.

I downloaded and signed up to Socios as I'm into crypto, and it seemed like an interesting platform for those into sports too. All was ok to start. I had bought some tokens through Binance and transferred these onto my Socios account. I was particularly interested to buy new fan tokens as they became available. To do this I needed to either transfer some CHZ to the platform or buy some CHZ. I decided it was cheaper to buy direct on the Socios platform, as if you buy on Binance the cost for transferring your CHZ is extremely high.
I used my MasterCard credit card at first. Sometimes this can work on digital platforms, but often it doesn't because my bank doesn't want you to use credit to buy digital stuff especially crypto. Anyway, so I used my debit card instead and this worked.
I credited my account with 600 CHZ ready to purchase some new fan tokens. The first time was ok and I was able to purchase 25 GOZ tokens.
However, after this I was sent a message to tell me my account was suspended and to send pictures of my credit and debit card.
Now this is fare enough, they have to do their sucurity checks etc to keep us all safe. But now it's been nearly a month and they don't respond to any of the emails I send. I now have £600 worth of assets in the account and I'd like to be able to trade again, but with zero response how can they be trusted. Maybe, it's very early days for the business and they're struggling, but they need to improve and at least respond to emails. Very disappointing and possibly a scam

Useless and pointless service. You need 200 chiliz to vote on stupid things. There is no engagement with the club.
They will accept your funds but when you want to withdraw they will create a lot of obstacles. They ask for one after another document and keep you in the never-ending loop.

I've only bought 1 teams fan token so far but I had a good experience on the app. It works well and I can see myself buying fan tokens for more teams as they get signed.

I think the Token Hunt is a cool idea. I've been logging in daily to try and win free tokens and have so far found 3 CHZ and about 70 SSU tokens.

I follow socios on social media and there's definitely been issues for some customers getting very slow responses to their questions, but Socios team is growing quite quickly by the looks of it. They appear to have gone through a massive growth phase in the last 2 months and I think they've maybe underestimated demand for their own product which has left them short in some departments. The launch of the PFL fan token saw thousands of users unable to buy the token due to there systems not coping with demand, however the 2 fan tokens they've released since both went smoothly.

I think the app and the dev team just needs more time tbh.

I can not say if it is a scam or not but the support center is not answering the mails and my account has been blocked for over a month without response to my mails. There is better places to do investment. Keep away from socios.

They said we are opening the PFL token for launch. After the fake news, they locked the entrances and exits at the time they said. They did not allow the purchase. They do not return to support mails. Socios is a scam.

I have been contacting Socios but they do not reply.I cant withdraw my money.Thats my money and i accept that i can withdraw them when i like.

Easy to use!! being a fan and having such tokens is really amazing! Hoping for the best value of these tokens in the future..

Great idea that just needs time and a few more clubs to adopt it. Would love to see a good few premier League clubs along with F1 teams
