AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

They are happy to take your money however what they don’t tell you is they make sure you cannot ever withdraw it!

Once they had taken my money they then locked my account.

Customer support is absolutely appalling and they will not respond to you.

My account has been locked for over a month now and I am not getting any response from them.

After looking online it is unbelievable how many people this has happened to.

It’s the biggest scam I have ever seen and is absolutely criminal.

They are stealing peoples money in broad daylight.

Whatever you do, do not fall for this!!

Incredibly bad support
I have been waiting for verification for 5 days in order to withdraw money from my account. No verification is required to deposit, but things get ugly when you want to withdraw it. I tried all channels to contact support. No response to my multiple tickets, I sent emails. After that someone reads the messages but no longer responds. They are a ledger company, but I understand that due to non-existent support and holding your money hostage, more users are starting to call them scammers. Stay away from this app until they really change their tactics. Your arbitrary snatching of my account and money has given me the right to legally sue your company.

I can confirm that this is a scam i couldn t withdraw my money .. when I sent them to get my money back they just ignored !! DONT TRY THEM

Ridiculous verification process. Level 1 verified unable to sell or withdraw, Level 2 verified unable to sell or withdraw, Level 3 verified unable to sell or withdraw, Level 4 requesting a copy of paystubs and a company letterhead signed by the employer. Seemed like fun but now I realize Socios is a SCAM, SCAM, SCAM.

Looks good until you realise once you deposit money and buy some tokens you can’t get it back. Can’t sell tokens, can’t withdraw funds, can’t do anything until you verify your identity which I’ve tried doing.
How long is it supposed to take Socios.com.
Do not give this platform the time of day and certainly not your money

10/02/2022 now lost half my money, tried to get the rest out and no joy. Followed the steps to transfer to another platform and transaction pending for 12 hours. I’m ok with risk and didn’t win this time but for an organisation to deliberately make it so hard to get any money back is not ok

Verification process took about 10 days, this can be improved but overall very good platform and fun. Especially good for sports fans and people who would like to trade best clubs fan tokens.

I'm facing some bad experiences at socio.com. First: I bought some token but the most part of my transaction is pending! The money is there about 1 week an I can't cancel the transaction. My account is still verifying (level2) so I can't withdraw my money. Don't recommend to anyone!! Bad service

I have been waiting 17 days for verification to be able to withdraw from my account. There is no verification required to deposit funds, but when u want to withdraw thats where things become ugly. Verification to level 2 took almost a month due to so many request but the verification was done and so far I have had no issue using the app. If u ask me I think pple having issues with Socios.com are probably fraudulent pple who got caught out and unable to provide proof of fund.

On May 11, 2021, they locked my account for security reasons, saying that I bought chz on their credit cards, and I can only open it in observation mode. I cannot make any transactions on my crypto and tokens in the account. Although I have sent the last 4 digits of the credit card that the site asked me and my identity information, it still has not been opened. My account has been locked for over 4 months. I've messaged the site many times, but no response. Despite sending a message to the site founder Alexsandre Dreyfus and Turkey manager Altuğ Öztürk, they did not even condescend and return. But they come out and everywhere informing people about socios.com. Don't believe it. An account cannot be closed for no reason for more than 4 months. They are literally stealing your money. Although there are many complaints about this on this site, none of them have been answered. stay away from this site

I had a very bad experience with them, their platform is not developed at all, your money may be at risk as well, I do not recommend this company.

Extremely poor verification team, Ive sent my passport, selfie me holding passport, Drivers license, bank statement, electricity and gas bills, National ID card and still not verified 😡 would definitely give Zero star for this.

The only reason I give this a one is because I can't give a zero.The reason they get one star is because of their association with Arsenal FC whose senior management team are absolute disgusting

Socios is a BIG SCAM. After depositing funds, following day my account got locked. SENT TONS OF EMAILS / TICKET but they just replied once then GONE. (Got proofs!)

Twitter, facebook and messenger options WERE NOT HELPFUL.

After first top-up to buy my teams token following day my account got suspended and I miss out.
I try to contact customer service past few weeks but no reply.
AVOID!!!!

They closed my account after I paid my first money. I still wait since 6 weeks after multiple times contacting support trough their app, But nothing happens. No reactions from the Support. My account is still blocked and I can not my Money back. Don‘t pay anything if you don’t want lose your money!!!!

AVOID this company, don't even think about putting your money in their hands. They blocked my account and denied me access to my money. Their customer care is so useless and unhelpful. I finally got my money back when I reported them to REFUNDCAR T. I made a complain on their website and they took my case up.
