Facebook – what a mystery. I knew it could be a business development tool and I had no idea how to make use of it or even how it works. With the lockdown situation I knew I wanted to increase the awareness of my business via social media but where to begin. I was feeling overwhelmed and did not know where to start, so I was doing nothing.
I contacted Cale and we arranged a social media coaching session. We did this over zoom, sharing my screen as we talked through the many aspects of Facebook, looked at various activities, such as sharing, liking, following, tagging, etc. This was a real eye opener and he made it easy to understand. The time spent was extremely valuable and was spent focussed on what I needed to make this work for me. The results have been excellent with an increase in the number of contact, likes, followers, page views.
I would recommend Cale if you too want to improve your social media presence.
