Ordered on 3rd July. It’s now the 17 August and last update I received was 1st August saying it arrived in customs.. however on the tracking it randomly switched from Chinese to English and there is also typos in the tracking, which gives me the impression they are overwriting the tracking.

Customer service is awful. They just don’t reply.

I recommend using DH gate instead, as these are scammers.

Ordered 2 kits in the same size arrived today and one is very noticeably smaller than the other by couple of inches wide and length and doesn’t fit, it also took 6 weeks to arrive with no email confirmation or updates and no way of contacting them now.

All the low star reviews, I would just say be patient! Mine took 4 weeks to arrive but WORTH IT. The quality is really good and will def order again, best replicas I have bought and material quality 10/10. I always hand wash, haven’t tried the washing machine but have lasted well. No they don’t/are slow to answer emails but if you are prepared to wait patiently they will arrive! Also they have a mention on the website saying that the exchange rate changes daily as they charge in HKD so sometimes it will be a few pounds more or less, that’s normal when ordering from overseas! I think mine was £3 more than advertised… and yes they charge in HKD so don’t panic when you see a large amount on your statement, just check it on the currency converter!

Would def order more from this site, you just need to be patient 😎

Do not order!! Quality looks good but iron on peels in wash( this was only a 40c wash), the worst customer service to deal with and order tracking very poor and incorrect. They also over charged me on an order by 23euro. Get you kits elsewhere

I've ordered a few times from this site, Quality is fantastic but postage is quite long. You could be waiting 3 to 4 weeks at least. Sometimes they may not have the product in stock and they will ship once restocked. My last order was on the 7th of July, It arrived in ireland on the 23rd of July and on the 24th i have this update; DUB, Customs clearance agent received the shipment in destination country. Have heard nothing since. Has anyone else ever had this issue?

I ordered this on 22nd July and it just arrived today on 28th August it was my first time ordering a fake jersey and was worried about it not getting it the customer support was very helpful and kept updating me about my order and I am impressed by the quality of the jersey just for €20. If you don’t mind waiting just over a month i would recommend

Placed an order for £27.90 and they tried to take £257. Luckily I had created a one off digital card to make the payment so it was declined. Do not use

Zero stars don't order from this site they took my money. Zero communication and won't reply to Whatsapp or emails

16 days after ordering and no package sent with no tracking. Customer service is pretty bad. Not sure this company is legit. I'd stick to the Gate.

Got 4 kids kits all perfect and was only waiting a few weeks

Placed an order just now for about £137.40 , which I was so looking forward to purchasing then Unfortunately at checkout they asked me for 1,504.70 HKD , I quickly declined! Such a shame as It wasn’t my first time ordering!

Wont buy from here again,they overcharged my account by £5 and 1 month down the line no news on my order, customer service is non existent only replying with standard templates email, they dont even read them properly

Very good quality you get what you order. Does intend to take a good few weeks to come. But if your willing to wait website is very good. The only negative thing about this website is you have to order ages before when you want for as I have experience because I ordered for my kids for there birthday a week before and didn't come for a few weeks after I hope soccer03 take this information and can work on this as that would make a 5 star website for me.

Bought two shirts and you know they are generally good and exceeded my expectations in terms of detail (sizing was out but I can live with that). I would not use this business again though as one shirt was marked with blue dye (England white shirt) and their customer service response was very poor ! No returns or refund……just wash it (and live with it) !!

Have gone to place an order tice in the last few weeks, and hen is comes to paying, the payment jumps up from £20 to £230!!

OMG. Shirts are amazing. quality and price excellent and I'd 100% re order when kids grow out of them. I even ordered a 24/25 Arsenal shirt just to annoy the wife!! Allow 3-4 weeks for delivery but I had shipping and tracking updates from Royal Mail 48. Thank you soccer03, I'll be back for Christmas gifts.
