Awful, paid for football kit, been waiting 4 weeks, no communication. Still no items received!

Ordered Liverpools new 3rd, quality is really good given the price & the sizes are pretty accurate by European standards.
Heads up to first time buyers…
It took around two months to get to me, given experiences below that’s about the average if not longer. There’s little to no customer experience & tracking is useless until the day before, so you just have to be patient it’ll eventually arrive.

I've used soccor 03 before and always had success. Usually shirts arrive in 3 weeks and are exceptional quality. This time unfortunately it's been over 4 weeks and I've received nothing. Most frustrating is the total lack of communication. Sadly I can't recommend and won't use again.

They do take a long time to deliver 3 to 4 weeks maybe longer but have to be patient for the price you pay and the quality you receive is outstanding better then paying 100 plus for the rip off genuine ones would highly recommend soccer03 just be patient your order will arrive I've used them a few times now without issue.

Absolutely scamming people ordered 3 football shirts no customisation on my 1st order didn't post until day 10 and was given 3 tracking numbers as items never arrived given some silly excuses like all addresses have all been smudged so we will have to send another out refused to refund me so went to my bank for a refund stay well away use DH gate way more reliable sell the same shirts and they come from same country ordered 5 shirts from them arrived within 3 weeks of order and they all had player names on

Would give zero !!! DO NOT USE THIS SITE !!!! Have my bank now investigating as fraud

No jerseys. Money gone. Sent a shipping number you can't track 🙄

First and last time using these my arsenal jersey arrived with man United player B.fernandez on the back instead of Odegaard. Obviously the jersey can’t be worn. No reply from them to help us out.

Fourth time ordering. For people in Ireland they have changed delivery provider from DPD to An Post in the last few months which seems to have affected their delivery times and customs clearance.

It took two months for tops to arrive (I ordered end of June) just keep the faith. I wouldn’t bother communicating with them they will ignore or fob you off so just sit back and wait, they will come eventually. That has always been my dealings anyway.

Jersey’s were good quality as usual, they got the names right, just took ages hence the 4 stars and not 5. 7 jersey's with names, numbers, prem badges, plus delivery for €120, very happy children. We all know why we use the site.

Hopefully you all get sorted soon.

Placed a order of 3 kits and 1 top on the 3rd august and still haven't recieved anything thing,normally a great site, but think I won't bother again after this order if I ever recieve it

Absolute Disaster

Ordered 7 Jerseys/Kits. One response asking for more information of the purchse.
I added a screenshot of Order number, address and name in the first email.
Over 1 month since order, not holding out much hope reading some of these reviews.

I ordered my jerseys on
8/08/24 and recived them this morning took about the time they said but sizes are way off Asian sizes I got xl and don't fit I were a xl on jerseys so I South if there 3x will fit

All the kits I've had off this site have been good size, fit and good quality and wash really well

So everyone can make mistakes its how we rectify them that counts and unfortunately this company don't care.
Sent a shirt with roman on the bk for the name when I requested ROWAN!! Waited 3 days for solution but they just ignored me thus the negative review.
Will now request a chargeback from my bank.

Order placed on July 4th 2024 and still haven’t arrived. Numerous emails sent and replies I have received state “Be Patient” there’s only so much patience customers can have trusting your company. It feels that your Delivery courier’s might be walking to the parcels destination hence taking nearly 2months.

Ordered at beginning of July.. 2 sets.. Still not here. Saying stuck in customs. No answer to emails. Do not use this website.

Placed my order on the 7th of July and it still hasn’t arrived. It’s now the 23rd of August🙈Person on WhatsApp was very helpful initially but not responding anymore and emails seem to be going into a void. They blamed Irish customs yet a bought a product from China on the 15th of August and it arrived today!!! No problem with customs there.
It’s a pitty as my friend has bought from them on several occasions and jerseys look decent. Won’t be buying from them again.

Ordered a jersey on the 20th of July just received today a bit slower then usual. Jersey is perfect fit but I ordered a Size a up.
Will buy again

I ordered 2 shirts on beginning of the July, its end of august, and they still not here. On the website tracker it saying package is at customs, called them, and been told its showing like that on soccer03 website only, and its mean estimated arrival date. They scamming ppl... AVOID!!!!

Can't comment on quality because it never arrived 7 weeks no tracking no customer support. As chinese sites go this one is crap might seem like good value but I could have cycled to Hong Kong by now and picked it up myself...
