I would highly recommend Adam for boiler installation. From beginning to end, communication was excellent—he explained everything clearly and made sure we understood the process.
Adam is very knowledgeable and professional. He arrived on time, carefully prepared the workspace, and covered all the relevant carpets to keep everything clean. After the work was completed, he made sure everything was left tidy.
He carried out the entire job himself and was polite, friendly, and easy to deal with throughout. We are delighted with both the quality of the work and his overall attitude and approach.

Excellent, Adrian came out same day to discuss and advise replacement boiler options.
Adam was polite and patient, taking the time to explain what he was doing and why, the boiler was up and running day 1, with day 2 finishing off the installation and tidying everything up.
Have used S O Brien on a couple of occasions and can’t recommend them highly enough.

Very tidy and professional throughout, and sorted a pressure valve problem out in no time ( draind and refill bladder)
Andy was very polite and knowledgeable, in my opinion S O'brien has a wonderful asset in Andy , and extended team.
Will 100% use your service again, and recommend to others. Big bonus , all sorted for less than £100.
In today's climate wouldn't it be brilliant if more companies copied followed your lead.

I called as a last resort for a boiler emergency after trying everyone and they made sure to fit me in that day. From first phone call to leaving after job done they were very polite and willing to help. Liam came out same day on a Friday to diagnose the leak in the boiler but it couldn’t be fixed that day, in his extreme kindness going above and beyond he offered to come back the next day even though it was his day off to make the repair as no one else was available. Liam really is a credit to the company he was excellent through out and I don’t think I could have had a better experience.

Adam arrived on time and was so organised and professional and prepared the whole house to protect from any leakage. All our radiators needed valves which was a massive job that Adam completed professionally and was polite and was easy going and made me feel at ease. Adam stayed until he was sure that all radiators valves were working properly and also gave me the instructions and advice to optimise my boiler and rads. We were well pleased with this company's service. We had booked a replacement boiler with British Gas and S.O'Brien were contracted to do the work which says how trustworthy British Gas are to use them. They were very professional and introduced themselves, Adam, Jack & Steve. They kept everything tidy and clean and explained the process of what they were doing by showing you each stage. We had opted to have Hive and I was shown how to use it and helped with set up on my phone as well as on the separate device. They filled any holes left by previous boiler which they didn't have to. Made the external pipe tidy so didn't spoil the look outside. They came on time and worked hard throughout the day and finished just after 4pm. They showed us how to do the temperature of water and how to top up the water if pressure drops. They left us with the boiler book so we could refer to it and cleared away all their mess. Great bunch of lads and can well recommended.

Adam turned up on time..rang me in advance and fitted 3 new radiators. He did not take any breaks, was clean & tidy in his work..friendly & helpful. A job well done..will recommend to our friends & family. Thank you also to O’Brien’s office staff for getting us booked in. Great service from this company. We were dealt with in a
Courteous and professional way at all times. Adam dealt with our boiler installation excellently and although we had problems with the tank in the loft he quickly resolved this. He even rang up the next day to check everything was okay and left his own number so we could get back to him.

I just wanted to leave a review for Steve, the engineer who fitted my boiler, as he did a fantastic job.
He arrived exactly on time, which I really appreciated, and kept me fully informed throughout the entire installation. He explained what he was doing at each stage and made sure I understood everything before he left.
On top of that, he was genuinely friendly and professional, making what could have been a stressful day feel easy and well organised. The installation was carried out efficiently and to a very high standard.

I recently arranged a boiler installation for my daughter, and I honestly couldn’t be more impressed with how easy the whole process was.
From the very first enquiry, everything was straightforward, well organised, and completely stress free. What really made the experience stand out, though, was Anna. She was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire booking process, friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. She explained everything clearly, kept us updated at every stage, and made sure all the arrangements were handled smoothly.
It’s not often you come across customer service this good. Anna genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted quickly and efficiently, which gave me real peace of mind.

It was a long job and adam kept on at it professionally until it was installed and them checked it worked plus checked it produced hit water into the kitchen taps the bathroom bath and shower and the gas heated wall radiator fixtures. He explained clearly to me how to adjust boiler temperatures to suit my needs. Sadly a week later forgot some of what he said as I'm now over 63 years old and need a bit if a helping hand , re advice, on how to engage the hot water from the boiler controls. It all worked perfectly when Adam installed the new boiler, it still does, but I can't easily remember what Adam told me to do to re set the hot water part of the boiler controls for hot water . This happens as far as I can work out because I use a pay as you go top up gas card buying gas at a shop often after my gas credit has run out and I still vant remember what adam told me on how to re engage the hot water on the boiler controls after I have put fresh gas top up into my gas meter. Can you help.me on this please. It's just the gas boiler supplied hot water I am having difficulties with and not the gas central heating . I do not fully understand the 2 control dials on the new boiler. It is a different and newer and more modern model and control style from my last boiler.

Full day job. Removing imersion tank and replacing with inline water heater.
The plumber on my installation was Adam H, with help from a contracted electrician (Zak?), Both were friendly, professional and highly skilled.
The work required removal of the old immersion tank, clean up of the electrics in the cupboard, new piping to the water heater and electrical connection for same.
All work was done safely and neatly with the piping a thing of beauty. Tidy-up also very good.
Delighted with the work and the attitude and approach of the professionals who did such a good job.
Would not go elsewhere if I have plumbing requirements in the future,

Fanatastic service. Our boiler was leaking badly before Christmas. Adam came out and gave us a quote. Steve came 2 days before christmas and replaced the boiler whilst Adam fitted 2 new radiators and valves for us over 2 days. They were very respectful and polite and would highly recommend them to anyone who needed work doing. From the initial contact with the office to completion of work everything was brilliant! Thank you to you all for everything.

Fantastic service. Adam came to fit the new boiler and gas pipe, we was only without water and heating for about 6 hours. Came back at 8:30am to finish off. Everything is spot on. We highly recommend and could not have asked for a more professional job done. We can not thank Adam enough for the service he provided, he is a credit to his profession.

Adam fitted our new Worcester boiler over 2 days , and three radiators with rads and hive fitted. Covered relevant carpets before starting.Really friendly and got on with his job professionally, tidy up afterwards . Really pleased with the neat piping .
