Before moving to Portugal, I asked if it was possible to order tobacco snus to Portugal, and Snusline replied:
"Dear, we ship to any address in Portugal".
Hence, I placed an order.
However, the shipment got stopped by customs, and later on, I got a letter, saying that I had violated import laws and that I would have to pay between 2000 - 7500 euros in fines.
This shows that Snusline is even willing to put you in such serious problems, just to get a little bit of profit from a few cans of snus.
Note that the disclaimers and the warning text on their website did not exist at the time of ordering.
Just check the site in the web archive.
Sure, it's my responsibility to check the laws in the country I live in. But at least a little heads-up is not too much to ask when you are communicating directly with support.
Instead, I get emails saying:

Worried about international shipping? Don't be! We deliver to numerous countries worldwide, and we've partnered with top-of-the-line delivery companies to ensure your order gets to you as quickly as possible. Plus, we navigate customs clearance for you, making the process with minimal hassle-free."
- The last sentence say:
"WE navigate customs clearance for you".
- The upset reply to this review says:
"We don't take any responsiblity towards customs whatsoever."
- The terms and conditions say:
"Snusline has no responsibility towards a package that reached the country of destination and will not intervene with customs nor with the post service of the country of destination."
"Purchasing snus is always at the customer’s own risk! There is no plan B in case the order was refused by customs, or by the customer for whatever reason it may be."
"PLEASE KEEP IN MIND: WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE ANYMORE FOR YOUR ORDER ONCE IT HAS LEFT OUR WAREHOUSE! You order at your own responsibility and there is no warranty with your order!"
Don't believe what is being promised, read the terms and conditions, but you won't like them.

This time around, my second order, it got wrong again. But! On favour of myself instead. Not only did I get the products I ordered and paid for, I got a little bit more.
After contacting the support, they made sure I got what I've ordered and paid for, and the remaining items they let met keep, even though I offered to pay for the extra.
My two experiences talks for themselves, this is where I'm going to stay now, very happy customer.

Snusline have a good range of quality Snus products from top brands like Oden's and General. They also have really great customer service. They now ship from within Europe so orders arrive more quickly than they used to. Try the Oden's N3 extreme portion Snus.
On one occasion they sent me 10 cans of the wrong Snus brand. I emailed them a photo and they sent me out the correct items very quickly and did not ask for the first order to be returned.

I haven't been using Snusline for years but now I decided to make an order again and got a little disappointed. I was offered a 20% discount and free shipping using FIFA2022FRANCEMOROCCO discount code. After confirming the purchase I noticed that yes, I was given a 20% discount but also I was charged 28€ for shipping, which was told to be free. And now as a good customer, I want to contact their support, but I cannot contact them. After trying to send a message, I got a response: "There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later." And it is happening all the time. Maybe there are hidden rules for this discount code, but then you could add * after "Free shipping*" and explain that it is not for all countries. My order #200430529
