I would highly recommend SNUSIO

I’ve had nothing but good experiences with these guys. They have an excellent selection. The pouches are always 100% authentic and the customer service has always been great. I would highly recommend using these guys especially if you’re in Canada where 9 out of 10 store-bought tins are counterfeit. You’re getting 100% authentic pouches at a third of the price.

3 weeks since i ordered and paid…

3 weeks since i ordered and paid (instant debit), no confirmation mail, no order... nothing...and not tracks on my account in the website as ordered , seems still in basket!

They didn't give any reason why my order wasnt on m'y account on their website. They sent me by mail a ups shitty link to show me the package was going back to them... And they will send it again...They didn't even sent me another package instead to save time...they save money.
and they explained the delivery date was Warned by mail...hey guys, we are in 2025, i use a smartphone like everyone, notifying the delivery by mail is really stupid....and was at home the whole time waiting my products...stop bullshiting customers with stupides explanations.
I will clearly not wait 2026 to receive the package , or expose this fraud to my bank.

Don’t blame Snusio for the import troubles into the US!

Snusio was great to work with during this new tariff/customs/FDA nonsense we have going on here in the states. It took just a couple days shy of a month to receive my package but not due to snusio’s fault. My pouches got to the US within 3-5 days. UPS/customs is who held onto it. Snusio always responded to my emails in a timely manner considering the 7 hour time difference. However, I don’t know if I’ll be ordering from anyone overseas due to UPS robbing people of their “brokerage fees”.

I’ve contacted customer service…

I’ve contacted customer service multiple times over the past two months and still haven’t received any resolution or communication about my order. I paid $150 for a box of Zyns and was also charged an $84 tariff, yet I still have not received my package.

At this point, it appears the shipment is lost, and I’m out over $250 with no response or refund. Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and accountability — I will not be ordering from this company again.

I ordered some nicotine pouches from…

I ordered some nicotine pouches from their company. There was a disclaimer saying I may have to pay additional customs fees to import them to the USA, which was fine. However, the customs agents seized and discarded the shipment. They didn't tell be this was a possibility. They also had a list of US they don't ship products to, which clearly implies that there are states that they can ship their products too. This turned out to not be the case. I contacted them and they told me they "can't" refund my purchase since I am responsible for making sure the product can get into my country.

Awful

Awful. I ordered 50 Zyns from Snusio in late September. Package was shipped and was held by US customs. Eventually the package was destroyed and I haven't been given a reason as to why. About half-way through this ordeal, Snusio sent me an email that they were temporarily putting a hold on shipping
to the United States. They say its due to extra import duties, taxes and FDA fees. Never was i asked to cover any of these fees so that the shipment could proceed. Now that the package has been destroyed, Snusio won't make it right by either sending another shipment or refunding me. Very frustrating as I would have payed the extra tax obligations to recieve order and now im out over $200 because of lack of communication and inability of the company to do the right thing.

We’re truly sorry for the frustration you’ve experienced — we completely understand how disappointing this situation has been.

Due to recent U.S. regulatory changes, many shipments — including yours — have been held or destroyed by FDA and customs, often without prior notice or an option for the customer to pay and release the goods. This has unfortunately affected even long-standing customers in states where delivery previously worked without issues.

Our policy clearly states that the buyer is responsible for import clearance, and that refunds can only be issued if the package is returned to us. In your case, the package was destroyed by authorities, meaning we never received it back and therefore can’t issue a refund or reshipment.

We completely agree that this process is frustrating and far from ideal. We’ve since paused all new U.S. orders to prevent others from going through the same experience, and we’re actively working on more reliable long-term solutions.

Tariff

To be honest, I was excited to order from this site. The prices are reasonable and they had a lot of variety. I was however unexpectedly charged a tariff tax and my package is on hold at the UPS facility pending release from aa government agency. It’s been over a month since I’ve ordered and still haven’t received my order .

Hidden fees

I placed my order, I then got notification from UPS saying it was going to be out for delivery. Upon the items getting delivered I am going to have to pay extra taxes and shipping fees. They have this down on their website after scroll and scroll. There was never anything upon placing my order to say that I am going to have to pay upon delivery to receive my order.

It is now December I still have not received my package and now it states that is going to be destroyed by the FDA due to the way that the package was shipped.
