Over a week and a half, order still has not shipped, they are not communicating with me. They have indeed charged my credit card for the order. They may not be able to ship to my address - but they need to figure that out quickly and communicate with me.

I paid 400$ for snus and shipment, but haven’t received anything. Contacted customer service many times, called without any response, worst experience ever. Choose SnusDirect instead if ordering to the US.

been 6 days since I received a tracking number and still no updates on the package. (shipper hasn’t received it yet) will update if things change.

Ordered a week ago and still hasn’t shipped

I placed an order, received an invoice and tracking number, and then nothing. After a week I emailed the company and they replied that the order would not be shipped and my payment would be refunded. No explanation. Apparently nobody is shipping snus to the US now, but nobody will tell me why. Meanwhile I'm down to my last can and then it's sad times!
If the rules have changed, tell your customers (preferably up-front)!

u must change your logistics, all others i used i always order the snus on Sunday, and i have it latest Wednesday, now i wait for 10 days and still nothing.

Ordering was easy, the price was good, and shipping was fast.

I never received my order. Shipping confirmation. They just took my money.

Was glad to get my order, though shipping was a bit high, although I've noticed that they have changed some of their shipping recently. I was a little frustrated with their warning labels which were difficult to remove cleanly and left sticky residue, but overall I was pretty pleased.

If you ship it to the US you will not receive your package and this shit company will not give you a refund!!! They probably knew that you were not going to get it either. DON’T BUT FROM THEM!!

Product was available and price was good. Shipping was expeditious. also, one of the few companies I found that would ship to US.

Gave Snus24 a try after I found out Snuscentral stopped shipping to US. Ordered 3 rolls General Snus on Saturday night, shipped on Tuesday, received in California on Friday. Cleared Customs in UPS Kentucky warehouse, package was not opened or inspected and cleared customs same day, received package next day. Zero issues, all went perfect. The bonus chocolate was a nice surprise! Make sure to check the FDA Red List before ordering, General is not on the FDA banned list, other products like Odens, Skruf, Goteborgs Rape, and others is on the banned list and may be confiscated.
