I'm getting increasingly frustrated with the time it takes to execute a bulk upload. The system just feels complex and unstable and I am ending up spending far too much of my life trying to sort out glitches, going back and forth to support services. I would be happy to pay a higher subscription for a system that is stable and just 'works'
I am very tempted to go back to Sharesight. Yes, it's more expensive, but it's logical, clear, stable and easier to operate. It may not have such a pretty interface, but at the end of the day you get what you pay for

So far it has everything I wanted and needed for tracking my 4 portfolios.
I am still working on learning all the ins and outs but I no longer need to use the 4 programs I wrote in google sheets. I just go to one site (snowball ) and everything i want and need is easily used with great reports at my finger tips...including dividends

This product doesn't work as it should. I have imported my data from my broker account using the CSV format. I have done this several times and each time snowball analytics gives incorrect information and wrongly states totals for the stocks. This means I have to manually search through the portfolio and compare it to my brokerage figures and then make manual adjustments. If this software holds the incorrect information it cannot possibly give you an accurate analysis of your portfolio. This most definitely is not what the product should do.
I have reported this to their customer service advisors many times and they just send me around and around in circles and refer me to their videos. I am definitely using the right format to import the information otherwise no information at all would be imported into snowball. The customer service team refused to give me a refund and will not address the issue correctly.

I decided to try Snowball and started by entering my holdings. Most of the tickers i wanted were available but two were missing. I emailed Snowball help at 10:30 am and had an immediate response asking me to reply with the tickers' links on yahoo.finance or Morningstar. I sent them in and by 2 pm they had added them to Snowball for me ready to use.

Great app, simple and easy-to-use, contains all the key features needed to track investment portfolio and other assets. I tried several apps and I ended up using this one the most.

I needed to upgrade in order to track multiple family portfolios, and support walked me through the process, explained how my existing subscription would be converted, and even applied a meaningful discount to help with the upgrade.
Overall, very professional service and a solid platform for long-term portfolio and dividend tracking. Highly recommended.

I was looking for a good portfolio consolidation platform after using the free ones for a while. This is the best one by far and definitely worth the subscription.
