I am very happy with the app and the support team has been great in helping me get the correct information happening.

I'm a new user, but I've been impressed with Snowball Analytics' customer service so far. I've emailed them a number of times (through the web interface) with questions and suggested edits and they usually respond within 1-2 hours .., even on Saturdays. So far so good. Thanks

Snowball Analytics is amazing, interface is amazing. Transaction tracing, metrics everything seems awesome. I have 3 different portfolios and I simply add my transactions and it automatically manages everything except options, for options they have to improve the logging and analytics for it.
Also, fundamental analysis doesn't have much charts, need to improve that on it as well.

The information I need to make informed decisions on my accounts. Easy to setup and manage. I've been using Snowball Analytics for 9 months and am vey pleased with it

Best experience with support team that I experienced

As a new investor, I wanted an easy to understand tool that tracked my investments. It has to be reliable, affordable, and it must have a community of like minded individuals who love to share their ideas on investing. I found that tool with SNOWBALL Analytics.

I have generally been very happy with Snowball Analytics. It allows me to consolidate my various brokerage account holdings, outlines, computes, and forecasts dividends quite reliably, and has useful analytics views. When I do encounter minor bugs once in a while, which mainly relates to the occasional data feed issue from third party providers to Snowball Analytics, the support team usually resolves them promptly and fully. Kudos to the support team.

A really great porfolio tracker, lots of excellent features and simple to use.

It didn't take days to get a response for assistance, and when I got a response, it included a possible solution that turned out to work. Doesn't get any better than this

At the moment, I am still satisfied with the service. Some securities have not yet been opened in the system, and written requests must be sent to open the ISIN number.

I have only been using this software for about 2weeks and am still working through the leaning stage....But I can truthfully say so far it has everything I was looking for to help me with the knowledge I needed to keep my portfolios current and profitable.
The best part for me was that I no longer have to use the 3 programs I wrote to do what snowball does and then a lot more that I wasn't able to do , like dividend dates and payouts...plus much more informative info. I wish I would have found this earlier...

I had a small issue/question when setting up Snowball Analytics. I sent a question to customer service over the weekend, expecting an answer no earlier than Monday, or maybe later. Instead, I got a quick reply and after answering a few questions, I had my problem solved. Also, I have used other similar investment tracking tools. Many of them have issues when connecting to 3rd-party accounts to download balances and transactions. So far, I have not had any issues with Snowball.

Prompt and courteous support via e-mail. Quick turnaround to fix issues.

The technical team is great.
Any problem they will help you solve at the moment.
The application is also great and if you are following dividends, that’s your app

I am a new customer with Snowball Analytics but so far I am very impressed with the product. I am a Canadian dividend investor and find the data to be clearly and intuitively presented. I had difficulty getting my wife's portfolio linked and wrote to customer support. I had an answer the next day and quickly solved the issue. I am completely reorganizing my investments and Snowball is helping me accomplish the task.

I’m a CPA and I had trouble implementing the software. I knew after a few days that this just wasn’t workable for me. Snowball refused my requests for refunds three times. Support just wore me down. I kept trying to use it for a month, but at this point I’ve closed my account.

Now Snowball says they didn’t refuse my requests for refunds. OK Snowball, I’d like to request a refund for the fourth time. I’ll update this review accordingly if you grant or again refuse me a refund.

Overall like the app but for Canadian users who have their investments split between TFSA/RRSP/LIRA accounts you have to opt for the $ subscription option. Have read reviews that direct linking to brokerage accounts doesn’t always work well.

Over time my Snowball Analytics subscription has become indispensable, giving me insights into managing my portfolios way beyond what brokerage sites provide. Track dividend yield and income, capital gains, realized P&L, and total profit. Toggle inclusion of sold positions. Support if you need it is responsive and capable. More functions I still have to take advantage of.

Customer service has been outstanding and I am extremely impressed with the software platform. It has never been easier to track my portfolio. I will be using Snowball Analytics for years to come.

I was having a problem when syncing my portfolios with my brokerage accounts. I was seeing free cash that had been reinvested in funds still reported under the "cash" category and "other" category. I sought assistance from Snowball Support. I received guidance via a detailed email on the same day that I sent in my request for help. The guidance included specific steps plus a video to solve my problem. I followed these steps exactly as stated and my problem was resolved. Ecellent customer service!
