I didn't give 5 stars because although the mattress is very very comfortable, it is extremely heavy. So moving it to another room or house will have to be carefully thought about. I've never ever manoeuvred such a heavy mattress!
I think it is worth looking into a lighter (in weight) design - so that it's not a intensely heavy.
The weight bothers me.
The delivery company were very late updating me on delivery window so it was stressful organising someone else to be there.

Super experience from research, purchase and delivery.
Fabulous mattress , firm enough to support you but enough “give” to allow you to snuggle in. Neither hot nor cold to sleep on and a joy to go to bed!
Single, combination sleeper, standard double mattress.

Great experience from ordering to delivery and it has made my previous mattress feel much more comfortable.
Using the snoozell green topper i sleep more comfortably. I no longer have a sore hip because of lying on an over firm mattress.

The topper smelt wonderfully fresh with no chemicals scent at all and I’m very happy with it thank you very much indeed and once again the delivery process was excellent.

Accepted order, took money and 3 months later said they could not deliver to my address, cancelled the order and gave me a refund. A week before they cancelled the order, the delivery was scheduled, a van arrived and the driver went to unload it and said there was no mattress onboard and they would be back. It was a few days later I contacted Snoozel to be told they can’t deliver. They did say it was in the “small print”, but to accept the order, inform me numerous times it was delayed, then after 3 months say they can’t deliver, is extremely poor customer service.

Wonderful mattresses! So comfortable and relaxing. We absolutely love them! It's lovely to be surrounded by all natural materials as we sleep. Our night time allergies have disappeared, since we got rid of our old, synthetic, dust filled mattress, and we sleep more restfully.

The only thing which was disappointing was the delivery, by a different company. We were promised a time slot on Saturday, so dismantled our old bed frame in readiness. Only to be informed, later in the day, that they'd forgotten to put our 2 mattresses on the van! It took 4 more days until they arrived, which was really inconvenient for us. This wasn't Snoozel's fault though.

I was searching for a natural organic pillow for my family, including young teenagers.
I had bought a £70 natural organic pillow from another company but I never adjusted to it.

After 1 year, I decided to look for another one and now love our Snoozel Green organic latex pillows.

Will buy more and soon change my mattress for a Snoozel Green too.

Brilliant mattress. Really happy. Researched a lot. Have had other organic mattress and this is by far my favourite. And not the most expensive either. People have said it was “firm”. That was a good thing in my mind as the other organic mattresses I’ve had just haven’t supported me. Having said that, while it’s on the medium to firm side, it’s not what I would call a firm mattress. It’s a solid mattress that supports your back and doesn’t sink in. Delivery men were as everyone says, they deliver in your hall, that’s it. They aren’t bed specialists so be prepared to have help. The mattress is heavy. I would pay more to have a service that delivered the mattress, and pooped it on the bed and took packaging away. But that was offered so at the same time, I didn’t expect it. Also, when I ordered the super kingsize mattress it was out of stock. I was a little unsure if I should still buy it, given I didn’t know the brand or company and estimated delivery was the middle of September. However, it arrived on 17th September with plenty of notice for my delivery. So don’t let that put you off. You can trust this company. Overall 100% happy with every aspect.

So it's been 357 days since our purchase and the mattress has been very comfortable all year! Thinking back to the purchase and delivery process, everything was great! I'd highly recommend this mattress to anyone thinking of getting one. I also bought a pillow which was a bit soft for me but my daughter happily "borrowed" it and she hasn't given it back!

Unfortunately the mattress we received didn't look like the ones shown on the website, adverts, or Which? review and was too firm.

The photos show the mattress having a plump, almost domed top, with the surface rising above the edging and the cover material is taught. But ours didn't look like that - the surface was sunken below the edging and the cover material was baggy. It looked as though it was missing some filling. I asked twice if it was a different mattress to the one in the photos/Which? review, but didn't get an answer.

We also found it too firm (and my husband likes a firm mattress) it gave me shoulder pain. We were advised to walk around on it to soften it up. When I saw myself doing this in the mirror, I thought - why am I having to do this to a £1000 mattress?!

We tried our best to get on with the mattress as we'd spent ages researching and finally chose to invest in this one, so we were very disappointed.

The company was helpful and communicated well. We asked for a refund due to the item being 'not as described' and they organised a collection and have refunded us.

Fantastic service and the mattress is comfortable and great quality. Could not wish for a better experience.

Love that this is all natural and at an afordable price. While I didn't personally find this mattress as soft /comfortable as I needed, the returns process was quick and easy. Customer service were very helpful and offered me a couple suggestions to try before returning, once item was returned the refund was very quick (unlike another mattress company that took over 3 weeks to issue a refund!!) Really wish it had been the right mattress for me, it may well have become more comfortable after a few months of use but unfortuantley I couldn't afford to hang on to it for that long to find out.

Great mattress! It's comfy, my husband finds it more comfortable than me but that's just because I've got a bad back.

Now to the not so good:- it took 3 weeks to deliver it, despite saying it's in stock on the website. We had to sleep for 3 weeks on airbeds because the previous mattress had to be sent back, because it just wasn't comfortable and it made my back ache all the more.

Apart from that, I recommend the mattress!

I have now had my mattress for 6 weeks and can honestly say I have slept well. I no longer get night sweats like I did with my old mattress and I’ve not had broken sleep since using this mattress. I am also underweight and was expecting the mattress to be too firm for me but I’m so happy I tried this mattress as it’s not as firm as thought. It was a great purchase and I’m super happy with it and the extra bonus is that it’s non toxic. Thank you Snoozel Green.

I am so glad I took the leap and ordered the snoozel mattress - I had wanted an organic natural material mattress for quite a while but held back because of the cost. I eventually discovered Snoozel Green and was reassured by reading reviews like this on trustpilot.
I am so impressed by the quality and comfort - its beautifully made and in just under a week I am sleeping really well and have lost the lower back ache that I had been learning to live with on waking every morning…
The mattress arrived extremely well packaged which I really appreciated - there were a few hiccoughs re delivery but Snoozel kept me informed and now I am of the opinion it was 'well worth the wait'. I also have the mattress protector which fits well and is again very good quality and worth the extra money.
I highly recommend this company.

I bought the mattress because of the companies environmental stance .I bought my daughter one last year and she loves it. was very pleased to get hold of one of the "returned" mattresses for myself so saved a lot on the purchase .Cant see why anyone would return one of theses mattresses though. Lovely to unpack something that doesn't smell of chemicals , super comfortable and doing the right thing by the planet. great customer service, seamless delivery experience
