very sensitive hot ends.
very sensitive hot ends.
haven't had the printer for very long and already have had 4 hot ends break on me. if i get any kind of blobbing and not catch it right away it breaks ceramic on the hot end. Had no idea the printer was so unreliable. I would not buy another because of this issue.

Filament blobs can occasionally occur in 3D printing due to factors such as adhesion issues, extrusion inconsistencies, or temporary print interruptions. If not addressed promptly, they may unfortunately lead to damage to the hotend assembly, including the ceramic components. However, repeated failures of this nature are not expected, and we will prioritize your case for further review.

From purchase to printing it was a quick and easy process. The printer came in the same week I ordered it and now I am printing nonstop. The setup was super easy using the video on YouTube that snapmaker has.

Amazing printer vs other brands.
My wife and I are absolutely amazed with this 3d printer!! We sold 2 of our printers to get the snapmaker u1 and we can Clearly say we can now see we made the right choice! From the moment we took it out of the box we could tell there is a much higher quality in the fabrication and parts used.
Compared to other previous printers in the price range this is absolutely 💯 worth it. We love it!

Ordered a Snapmaker U1 from the…
Ordered a Snapmaker U1 from the Snapmaker EU webstore. The item was delivered in 3 days in Greece, together with a VAT invoice. The printer came undamaged and the packaging is very well thought out.
No issues setting up the printer and performing print jobs so far.

Update after 7 days. Support was in touch with me to solve all issue. I'm changing to 5 star.
First review: Fast delivery . Currently printer is not able to generate the ID QR code. So I can't connect printer to app. All instruction provided by customer support are not working. With 4 bambulab I was able to connect immediately and lunch the print after few minutes.

We understand that you are currently unable to generate the QR code, which is preventing the cloud/app connection. Based on the log analysis, the device is still generating the certificate, which may take longer than expected in some cases. As mentioned, LAN mode remains available for printing while this process completes.

Never Got my 3D printer
Never got my item that the Fedex sent to the wrong house and so I have been emailing back and forth with Nina that is no help at all. So I contacted Klarna with all the proof because the company will only offer 50% a new printer and money don't grow on trees!!! Stop wasting my time and refund me my money or I will go to Social like FB, IG, YT

So happy with Snapmaker!
The Snapmaker U1 has turned out to be an awesome quality printer! I thought for sure the print quality couldn't be as good as a single nozzle printer, but the calibration allows the prints to look as good or better somehow! Love that the printer is open source and runs Klipper. Toolhead switching is the fastest in the business. Would have been nice to include an AMS style automatic loader.

The U1 is an amazing printer
Excellent product, packaged to survive shipping, and when I screwed up my order, Snapmaker customer service was responsive and quickly implemented a great solution.
The U1 printer is a game changer...pun intended. Print quality I am getting so far is beyond reproach, its fast, and build quality is better than I expected. Love it so far!!

Got the U1 printer for our 3d business
Got the U1 printer for our 3d business. Wanted to explore more in multi color prints and not waste so much. I knew it would help cut down cost of waste but I had no idea how much! I am absolutely thrilled about this printer and how fun the unboxing experience is. Anyone that has been printing or new to this can expect a wonderful experience. I am so excited to see how this helps us grow and all the other fun toys I can print that I was holding off on because of the amount of wasted filament that would of been just thrown out. Can't wait to add another one sometime!

Can't stop printing or smiling! Love my new U1!
Super smooth from the purchase to the delivery. I love my new U1! Day 4 with my 3d printer and am loving it! I'm staying up too late and getting up too early so I can play on it some more. I need a couple more though, can't wait for the next thing to print! I'm not even thinking about selling stuff, just love making stuff for my wife and myself. I'm already hooked on gridfinity stuff! Thanks for making such a great printer!
