After conceding a design fault the best offered is a £20% discount on an "improved" design.
Customers paying £40 expect research to be done before release.
My phone cost over £1,000, I expected functionality, protection and safety. Also disappointed and fustrated that so much time was wasted by insisting on an order number when they can find details of sale by email and address. Do not gift Snakehive unless you want to disappoint the recipient.
Bought many cases over the years but my Samsung S23 ultra phone case clasp is pooly designed, and hanging by a thread. Put up with it as such an expensive gift, and guarantee is only good if you purchase it yourself.
The stitching from the card slots have marked the glass, despite not using any cards.

Well made case
I have had this case for my previous phone and it worked great for years. The card slots didn't stretch out- my cards were secure. Since I upgraded my phone I needed a new case and this one is perfect.

2018 till 2025 the quality is still topnotch.
2018. Snakehive was recommended to me. My Iphone 10XR is still going strong because of the green nubuck. Which is now a gorgeous deep green leather. A perfect fit in my hand. I recommend to all my family and friends. My sister's just bought dappled black. Loves it. I just bought my daughter the navy. And am delighted. Unlike many other things, the quality hasn't changed since I bought mine in 2018.

Case not magsafe compatible
I bought this case because it looked nice and was advertised as magsafe compatible. At first I thought this meant it had magsafe on the case, but after re-reading it I understand this is my error. But then after I ordered a magsafe ring to go underneath it, which is compatible to go under cases (I checked with my old case), the magsafe didnt work. So its not magsafe compatible. Seeing that I ordered a personalised case to get free shipping (29.99 case with free shipping for orders £30 and over. At least try not to make it obvious) I now cannot return the product anyway, so Im already £30 down, so I tried removing the inner lining to see if that would reduce the material enough to make magsafe work, it still doesn't. Magsafe was a really important pre-requisite of this case, and being mis-sold it, and upsold by the website to get personalisation for the free shipping, which I wouldn't have got if the case was simply £30, instead of 29.99, I have been left with a bitter taste in my mouth and shan't be shopping with this company again. I guess its time for me to look for yet another case that might actually do what it says...
