These are SCAMS!!!!! SENT BY THE NHS TO CHECK MY I.D TO HAVE THESE SCUM ATTEMPTING TO TAKE £39.99 PUT MY BANK. luckily for me my money is always in the savings.

Yes what Cliff said is right. I couldn't unsubscribe and then entered my address ending 'gmail' and it at least recognised it. I cancelled my card 3days ago but still showing pending on my bank account. I got scammed trying to pay an online parking ticket in Durham

Smoothhub piggy backs on other companies. I was using Smartswitch to transfer everything from my old phone to my new one and it said I needed to pay 1p to do so. 3 days later Smoothhub tried to take 39.99 out of my bank account. Luckily my bank blocked it. Apparently Smoothhub intended to take this monthly. Anyway, informed the fraud team and they have cancelled my card but I still have to keep an eye on my account to make sure they can't get access. I wasn't actually receiving any service from Smoothhub so I don't know how they can charge me. Beware.

My bank just sent me a fraud alert that this merchandiser tried to extract a £39.99 credit card payment from me. My card had to be blocked and a new one issued.
Kudos to the bank. Avoid Smooth Hub!

As others have said, this outfit piggyback genuine sites and cons you into entering your details. A lit of people have said they cannot unsubscribe, this is because they are trying to use their regular email address. This bunch of scumbags actually use your Gmail address to sign you up. So you need to use that to unsubscribe.

Complete scammers. Have taken 39.99 from my account. Unsure how they got my information. Have since tried twice to take more money. Thankfully my bank contacted me and has blocked the.

total scammers. Husband got sucked in and now can't access facebook or ebay because someone else changed his password. Goodness only know what else. Bank blocked them, and told us to keep an eye on any attempts to take more than 1p off us.

This is a scam website. I tried to pay for parking at Southampton Docks just now. I got a notification about the £39.99 per deduction. Had to block my card immediately. Avoid these people at all costs.

This company is scam.i was trying to download Ringo app to make payment,that is free to download.they subscribe me without knowing me and charged me £39.99 from .y bank card.

I was trying to verify my identity as a director for companies house. I somehow got transferred to this site via a bar code reader. They said to ser ip they would take 1p fine just checked my account and they took 39.99 the following day to access a site I dont want. No way of getting in touch reliably and will have to go to the bank to block

Tried to pay for parking in Blackpool via an online app and somehow got hijacked by this site and signed up to a subscription. It is a complete scam, be very careful.

I can only concur with what has been said before by people.. this 'Company' linked themselves to an NHS app I was using for the first time!...it was for purchasing accessories, so entered my credit card details..I am now £39.99 lighter, even though I contacted them, AND received an email saying they had stopped payment!....

Seems this company is a total scam luckily my bank declined they payment let's hope it stops that Way

I was subscribed to this company without knowing it, it was whilst ordering food online.
I'd never heard of them and it was a scam.
Their unsubscribe link only gets error messages. I've had to get my bank involved.
Quite awful.

Charged me 39.99 . I wasn't even aware I was signing up to it.
Can't even unsubscribe from them as it says my email address isnt recognised. Luckily my bank flagged it as fraud but I am unsure if they are going to attempt to take any more money from me.

I would rate this Company less than 1 star. My card provider asked me if I had meant to take out a subscription of £39.99 to them. Of course I hadn’t. The card company fortunately had blocked the payment but I had to go to their site to cancel my “subscription “.

This is a scam - please avoid! I also was downloading a parking app and the next thing I knew I had joined this nonsense for £39.99 a month. I rang my bank straight away to block the payment, they said they know about Smooth-Hub. It is a scam - beware!!!!

I first found out via an email from Smooth-Hub after registering on a US amateur radio website, totally unrelated. They stated that there was a monthly subscription of £39 after 3 days. Checking my account they have already taken 1 penny from my credit card.
My bank has cancelled my current card and sending a new one.
