When a company gives you a guarantee you feel easier about trying them but also im sure there is that little voice thats like ok how hard will this be if I dont like it ... Well rest assured Smooche has more than got you. I found the link to message in and while there was many things I did like about the foundation it just wasnt the best fit for my skin (my sister tho she loved it ) I got a quick reply from Juice and she helped me all the way thru the options and process to select alternate products and then followed up to confirm my choices. It was so easy definitely 5 star customer service

Hard to recommend but...
After so many good reviews I decided to take a chance with Smooche. I admit I was hopping mad when I received an empty canister and was charged extra for shipping insurance. I was besieged with requests for feedback which I couldn't give obviously because I got an empty canister.
Getting a refund was difficult. I had to show proof of it not working. I sent a video of me pumping the thing for a full 30 seconds. I had to wait til my dispute with Amazon closed which felt shady to me. CARLA seemed very responsive and answered every query promptly and assured me she would make it right. If she does, My faith will be somewhat restored. Today my gmail says my refund is coming, So at least there's that. I wish I could have tried the product, but Now I am wary.

Disappointing product - great customer service
Ordering was easy and arrived on time but honestly it goes on like chalk. Looks terrible on me and definitely not skin colour matching. I chose a medium which is what I am in most other products but I can’t wear this. Disappointed! However, the customer service team reached out and refunded me after seeing my review. I was initially disappointed when I was sent two brushes instead of the ordered brush and foundation. However, when I reached out to the company I was contacted by Novie (#519455) who was totally brilliant and sorted it all out for me. Novie went above and beyond with their customer service. I just wish we could have more Novie’s around! 😀

Whilst the product was not suited to me, found it caked on my face by the end of the day sadly. It definitely blended to my shade well.
