Carla turned things around - great service
I wasn't impressed when I spent rather a while waiting for shipmentment info for my order 661479. Then the AI assistant curse struck. If if hadn't been for Carla's help, I'd still be searching for my parcel; she made it right, and I'm a happy little Smooche camper. Product, of course, is amazing.

Colour Changing Foundation
I purchased the colour changing foundation took a while to come and unfortunately it didn't work on my skin it was very pale. However i emailed Customer service and Juice did get back to me apologised and has organised a refund which i was pleased about so thank you! In this day and age we can't afford to waste money on products that are not suitable.

I purchased the Reverse-aging adaptive foundation from Smooche ( the worst company I ever dealt with). I made the purchase a month ago and I never received the product. I sent several emails to either cancel the order or send the product. The response is automated and said they couldn’t cancel the order because it was shipped but I never got the product or a reimbursement. I paid $43.95 including the shipping protection. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
