Easy to use website, clear pictures and information on products. Communication through emails is prompt. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars was due to shipping time. Seems to be "shipped" by next day or so but still takes 5 days to get to you.

Op I have to say that I am very unhappy with the last products I have bought from smoking cats it was in the box but when I pulled the two things out one of them was crushed the whole bowl was crushed I paid $15 for two of them and if they don't help me out I'll have to call the better Business bureau on them but I'm hoping they will help me out and get back with me today cuz I'm not happy with $15 for one good pop

order #SC8653 I ordered 2 packs of 3 burners each. So far only 1 3-pack has arrived. The e-mail in the main page is not working and is returned. I will deal with this on the credit card if I don't get immediate fulfillment of the complete order.

I made an order and it arrived on time but it was broken and of very poor quality. I contacted the seller and they said they'd reship my order. That was a month ago. I haven't received a thing. No merchandise, no other communication. Don't buy from this seller.then they said they shipped a replacement twice but I had an incomplete address. You had the right address the first time. Don't give me that. You guys are crooks.. face it

This is the second time I've ordered from this company. Both times I received merchandise that was broken. Very disappointing. Secondly, this time they got my order wrong and sent me some stupid cat paw pipe instead of a glass bubbler. This cat paw pipe was a pathetic piece of trash compared to the bubbler I bought and then when I try to get in touch they make it impossible. I will never order from them again very unprofessional and all around bad company. They say they are American but I received my package and it was all Chinese newspapers inside for the stuffing. Very very very unhappy with my experience.
